I was shopping in CVS at the Bergen mall on November 2 at 6:30 PM. I was trying to pay for $100 gift card for Home Depot. I asked for a register attendant because of the gift cards a person name Nick came over and said I could pay by the auto pay. I said I don’t think I can and I rather not because of the gift card. He got very snotty and said fine. Make my job harder, I thought he was kidding but he was I said I wanted to speak to his manager because he was that bad. He was very snotty and said he didn’t have one. I said I’m being serious I want the name of who you report to. He says ain’t telling you that. I wanna file a formal report because he was unbelievably rude, inappropriate immature and disgraceful. My number is [protected]. The other person tried to help and told me that he reports to Ralph Mohammed, but they were in between managers. This guy was so bad I thought he was trying to get fired or I was on one of those TV shows because it was so over-the-top, rude and he had no idea and no clothing to show that he even worked in CVS.
Desired outcome: I actually do deserve he should lose his job. It was that bad. He can’t treat people like that and get paid for it.
CVS - A cvs reward of a multi-functional sweeper
CVS sent me an email saying I had won a robovaccumo1 Dust Wiz multi-sweeper and I had only to pay for the postage and handling charge. Now this company has abused my credit card and sent a charge of $71.97. CVS never said there would be a charge. The company is, I believe, judging by the credit card slip, Systematic something.
I can't believe CVS would be part of this scam.

Desired outcome: This company has abused my credit card. CVS should not be involved. I want to know how this so-called reward came via CVS. I want my credit back.
