CVS

I went to the CVS on Fair Road in Statesboro Ga.for an appointed flu shot. I made the appointment on line and had the confirmation. The person behind the counter was loud and rude. Shouting go to the 1st register please the 1st one ma’am. I told him I had an appointment for a flu shot. He said well we don’t have your name ma’am. You will have to fill out paperwork. He shouted my name and I went to the counter he handed me paperwork that was not mine. He then came back with my paperwork that was already filled out. He then abruptly said ok sit down. I waited 30 minutes. I left without my shot. I will never use that store again. They have no customer service skills.

I checked cost of Shingles shot online for CVS and it said with coupon it would be $155.00. When I checked with my local CVS they said $198 or $199. I asked about the coupon and they said their system could not take it and I also asked about GoodRX coupon which is also $155. and got the same answer. Why does it say one thing on line and another at the CVS pharmacy in Statesboro, GA.
