Picked up my meds today and didn't notice it was wrong. I contacted my doctor to see if she changed anything.. No she didnt.
So I call and Zachary argued with that it wasn't their fault. I had 2 scripts for same drug just different milligrams. So instead of confirming which one was needed they just filled the old one and I paid for it.
Yet they contacted my doctor for a renewal? The new one needed refilling and cause the old one had a refill they just refilled that one.
This BS. This is CVS fault cause no one had the brains to ask me. If they had checked the records they would have seen the last refill was the needed.
So now I'm out $12.00 and have to discard the 3 months worth of medication... wasted
