During my visit to your location at 1103 North Street, Endicott, NY on 1/11/24, I was repeatedly harassed by an employee who was working behind the counter. They repeatedly and intentionally misgendered me (they called me sir) additionally they gave me downward head nods to non verbally tell me that my gender identity and expression was not correct. They also made it point to engage in such behavior in the presence of other customers.

Such conduct is not inconsistent with CVS policies but with the intent of the New York Human Rights Act.

I came to this location to pick up my photo order and purchase other products that I need, not to be harassed, bullied and discriminated against by employees who have prejudice toward customers who are gender variant.
