I have a CVS money card with a small balance according to CVS the customer service that ck. balances. I temped to use it at the CVS store and their card reader could not verify the balance., so I called the number on the card for assistance, after getting the runaround and 6 transfers no one could seem to correct the issue, evidently they have no brain just plain stupid. All I need is to have the card replaced with the existing balance and the problem solved. But you think customer service can figure it out, but no one doesn't know how to solve the issue so you get transferred over and over again. I give up.

Desired outcome: Send a new card with the existing balance
