After hip replacement surgery during which time I experienced AFIB, heart rate over 200 bpm, I was prescribed Elloquist, to minimize risk of stroke. Had hard time finding pharmacy that accepted my insurance. CVS was Target's prefeered provider, but even at that prescription was over $290 for 3 month supply. I contacted Bullseye Health provided by Target and the recommended contacting Elloquist for potential discount coupons, which I qualified for. I was eligible to get a 30 day supply of prescription for $10 with Elloquist discount card. I called pharmacy to update information, they told me to bring disount card to pharmacy. I said I thought it would be easier for everybody if I gave them that information over the phone. I was instructed that was not possible that I would have to come to store, so I did.
I waited in line for seven customers ahead of me to provide pharmacist with information they requested I bring to store. I was told I would have to park my car and get to back of line. I was in auto lane because I just had hip replacement!? When I said I already waited my turn and did everything asked of me pharmacist told me my prescription would not be refilled she was going to bury it in the hold file. I am writing you this in case I have an adverse effect to your pharmacists negligence my wife's lawyer won't have to work so hard
