May 15,2023 I picked up my meds from Cvs #4225,

When I came home and looked at my new meds, I noticed that the Accu Check monitor was a Accu check Guide, but CVS gave me lancets and test strip to Aries, they also gave me a Dexcom receiver but no sensors. When I went back to let them know it was wrong, they told me they didn't think I would want the sensors because of the price, and the mix up was my doctor's fault. Talk to my doctor's office. They contact Frankie she had told them for me to bring everything back since it was her mess up and she would return and reorder. I talked to Frankie, she would not take back the Dexcom took my meter back and would order the new one, still I have not had one word back.

I have been going to this Cvs since I have moved to this area all I want is to get my meter and have the dexcom refunded. Thank you for reading , Jacqueline Mcguin
