My wife went to our local CVS store in michigan to pick up her perscription of a glucose meter. They said Medicare part 'B' did not cover the meter. We called Medicare and we were informed that the meter is indeed covered by Medicare. They gave us a phone number to give to the pharmasist for them to call medicare. The pharmasist refused to make the call, and said that Medicare will not cover the glucose meter.
She said that she was too busy to take the time to call the number medicare gave to my wife to give the the phamasist. Meanwhile, we paid for the glucose meter and should be re-imbursed for it from CVS, and CVS should have made a claim for the meter with medicare and not just tell my wife that the meter is not covered by medicare part "B" when it abslutely is covered. This is not the normal business that we are accustomed to with CVS. What is going on with them?

Please take care of this for us so we may get the refund we are due from CVS. This all took place in the early evening on [protected]. Desired outcome: A refund for what we paid out of our pocket from CVS , and for CVS to bill medicare for our item.
