I found myself with an ailment that required a few different medications and to be take in a specific order and at specific times. I was provided a small, starter quantity and the office called in my script. It took three days to fill and then they didn't have enough to last three days requiring me restart the protocol. The next script was called in and the store claimed they never received it. When the doctor confirmed, the pharmacy suddenly found the script but required a full day to fill. When I went to pick it up, they said they had no order. Pure incompetence. I can't believe it takes a degree to move pills from a large bottle to a small bottle and slap a table on it and hold it for pick up. I'm now in limbo and will likely need to restart a long protocol. Thanks, CVS! Good to see not everyone is all hung up on customer service.
