The doctors here not sure if they are real doctors. But they they purposely misdiagnosed me for certain protocol reason. I was discharged after two weeks with no explanation by the doctor and Dave the physical therapist knew I was having issues with the tingling and numbness in my arms. They would disregard me when I explained to them my symptoms. I am now seeing a specialist and it’s not arthritis of what your doctors claimed. Dave is a creep. When I was seeing him for a bit bc I had no choice in it he would make rude remarks to me. Dave and the doctors made you feel misplaced and I was racial profiled by them. They knew I needed medical treatment and they did not do there jobs of providing it.

I have nothing but bad experiences with this Doctor. His seems not follow medical protocol and procedures. I also feel that he misdiagnosed my injury sending me back to work when I feel the worst. Additionally, that he claims my injury is based on a generalized mental physiological conditions and in other words basically told me that I was lying about my condition. I ask myself how can one lie about physical pain and how can emotion be related to physical pain. I also feel, and I am hope not, that this doctor has prejudicial tendencies towards minorities especially to Spanish speaking patients. I wonder if this doctor has some direct connection or affiliation with workers compensation insurance, thus, working hard to denied patients work injuries.

Personally, I wish I could go somewhere else and not concentra so I don't have to deal with this Doctor at all.

Got injured at work on April 28th and was sent to Concentra Moline, seen a doctor and they said it was just a sprain to my left knee. I knew there was more wrong they sent me to see a physical therapist for weeks before even doing an MRI a month later after my injury. Ended up having a complete tear in my ACL and partial tear in my MCL and a few other things. So, I need surgery and had a referral to see in house surgeon which doesn't take federal workman's comp. So, I have to find a new surgeon I have been calling for over two weeks trying to get them to send a new referral in to the referral department they keep saying they will talk to the doctor, and they will call me back and still nothing since July 26th no call no nothing. So had to call my case worker and I will be leaving Concentra since they cannot do their jobs correctly. Just frustrating that I have been waiting for over 105 since I got my injury for them to get there stuff together. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Fui hacerme el chequeo médico 6/19/23 para, EL DOT. Vision normal me pesaron con la ropa y zapatos me preguntaron por enfermedad todo bien y me dijeron que el chequeo por 5 ños le dije que era por 2 y me mandaron para la clínica de sueño al decir que no presentaba apnea ni ningún problema relacionado me queje y me contacto un señor llamado bichar, al decir lo ocurrido dijo que era el peso con ropa zapatos y todo encima y quería hablar solamente por telf

al explicar que yo hago ejercicios con pesas y mix huesos son anchos no tuvo argumentos más me pesaron con ropa y zapatos,

lo que la clínica del sueño le da una comisión por paciente máquinas de presión difieren de las del doctor en este caso la enfermera y te cobran 130$ y te lo dan por tres meses alegando que es lo que tienen orientado que tienes que ir a la clínica de apnea que son como 5000$ de tu bolsillo estafa y fraude puro. Y cuando quieres seguir quejándose no te dan más información. Negocio redondo 130$ cada 3 meses más la comisión por la clínica de apnea del sueño.

On 5-15-23 I injured myself at work. My employer took me to Concentra in St. Charles, MO. I insured my right hand and elbow. After seeing doctor a nurse came in and said I have to see the pysical therpist. The physical therapist told me she was going manipulate and rotate my injured arm. I told her I was in too much pain and I wasn't comfortable doing this. (It was only 3 hours after injuring.

The pysical therpist told me that because I wouldn't allow her to manipulate/rotate my just injured arm SHE WAS GOING TO SAY I REFUSED TREATMENT and workcomp wouldn't cover my injury. She also said I would have to go to another office for pysical therpy. On 5-15-23..I had a follow visit at that same office.

Dr. Lee examined me,

he stated on my work activity report that I could now use my right hand and arm frequently. Basically telling my employer that I was fine to report back to work.

Dr. Lee told me I was fine and my range of motion was much better.On 5-16-23 I was seen at the Fenton, MO. office

The doctor there immediately referred me to a hand/user body specialist. Aswell the doctor changed my work activity report to No squeezing, grasping no upper body movements.

I have 2 torn 10 dents in my right elbow which are gonna require surgery. I also have trigger finger which is going to require surgery. Doctor lee saw my finger triggering both times he saw me and still put me back to work under normal pretences. I'm including the report from the 15th and then the 16th as well as the MRI report on my elbow. This is now practice.

3/23/23-Went for DOT physical and was told I needed a sleep apnea study done and I was over weight. Keep in mind everything was still in my pockets and steel toe shoes on. I am not over weight they where very rude at that point because I didn't agree with getting a sleep apnea now they are refusing to issue me a DOT card and is asking for extra paperwork. Do not go to them it is not worth the headache when you refuse to follow there scam.

My employer uses this company for it's services. I am a school bus driver. Yesterday May 16th, 2023 I went to their location located in Philadelphia, PA. I was eventually seen by a Dr. Wolf. It is time for my annual school bus physical examination. I arrive there about 9:30 am. I have been coming to this place for about four years and this is my first encounter with this doctor.

So after I have done my eye test and blood pressure test. I am waiting for this doctor to come in. It's now about 11am and I open the exam office door because it's cold. The doctor introduces himself and then walks away. A couple of minutes later her returns.

He asks me about my disability. Now I have not failed to disclose my medical history with this company. My employer is aware of my disability. Social Security is aware of my employment. We go through with the physical exam. I pass the physical exam. However now this doctor wants to hold me up to bring in some information from either my primary care of a specialist. Which does not concern him at all.

I am a military veteran. All this doctor had to do was say thanks for your service. You passed or failed your physical exam. Are you interested in stop smoking and how is your vitamin D levels? Instead I get a incompetent codependent none profession person dressing up like a doctor.

Needed a TDOT Med Card. Passed exam with no problem. Mentioned a nerve problem that appeared and subsided before the visit but out of transparency let the ME know. She put a hold on it and said I needed to see a specialist to be cleared. I went to a specialist who did multiple nerve test and completed the Cocentra sheet. Even explained what more than likely caused this problem over two months ago. But he cleared me and said I had no restrictions. I even paid out of pocket with no insurance. Cocentra then told me after I brought the paper back that a different ME said no I need to pay to see a primary care physician to clear me. So I politely asked to speak with whichever staff member is changing the requirements and the front desk told me "no". I can't talk to her. They couldn't even point me in the direction of a MD to clear me. Even tho on the door it says "Lisa______ MD" . I was talked to unprofessionally and belittled because I'm running out of money and time and no one wants to take accountability for not helping. Just sabotaging your employment and encouraging unhonest answers to survey questions. I even talk to the director I believe. She was so unhelpful, unempathetic. Now I've contacted the TDOT compliance office for my entitled second opinion. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND MENDEHALL COCENTRA FOR DOT. No one wants to genuinely help. Just cause difficulty and give you no helpful information or wrong information. With no accountability. I really hope they fix problems like this. My job paid for the physical but I spent way more money out of pocket seeing a specialist just to be told by someone new, that I need a primary care doctor to do the same nerve test the neurological chiropractor did and clear me. O and no extension. Even if the staff member was wrong. Thanks Cocentra Mendenhall. Valuable lesson, GO TO AIRWAYS. Initial exam date 3/10/23. Seen specialist finally 3/12/23. Went to turn in letter to clinician 3/13/23. Below is the attachment of the paperwork the first ME gave me completed by my doctor. The second is the new sheet that a different Cocentra ME wrote and gave to the desk girl to give me. Very vague. No real instruction. And refusal to even listen to a patient or answer any questions. (Ps, I was super polite to begin but became very aggitated with the lack of care

On 3/30/2023 at 11:30 am. I went to concentra for a drug screening. Once the nurse found out I was unvaccinated Her attitude towards me turned very sour. At that point she was using very discriminative, and demeaning language. When I came out from producing my sample the smaller specimen tubes were already open the seals were broke not in my presence. When I asked why that happened she told me she could not accept my sample at that point. When I asked why she said she did not watch me produce the specimen. I replied you never said you needed to. She was acting very frustrated and aggravated. She Said the temp was out of range. I just sat it down and when I looked at it it was between 96-100 Degrees. When I tried to look at it after her statement she turned it away from me and pushed it towards the wall. She stated her message never fail her. She also guaranteed a negative outcome from my sample. This possibly had something to do with the smaller tubes already being opened with the seales broke. I told her I would produce another specimen under supervision. At this point she wanted me to sign for both of them. After the threat of one sample being dirty. It was at this point I knew my employment. future was in grave jeopardy. When I questioned why she needed to turn in my first sample she did not witness. She replied you either do this or I'm gonna write it down as refusal and you can leave the property. Being scared out of my mind I was not thinking straight and I left. Now i'm trying to undo the unjust situation that was done to me.

My name is Ashley Hall and I’m currently looking for someone to represent me. I’m not sure if my case falls under medical malpractice or misdiagnosed. I was injured 02/13-21 while at work. I was sent to Concentra urgent care and I was seen by Doc Peterson. I requested for a MRI/X-ray but he never did anything I asked but instead diagnosed me with a sprained back muscle and made a plan for me to go to physical therapy. His plan and neglect on me made my condition worse. Since then, I have 4 other doctors that challenged his diagnosis on me. I finally got a MRI on my back in which I hVe 3 disks slipped. I had to do an emergency surgery in my back due to me not having control of my bowels and urine. I feel that he rushed and was quick to throw me to physical therapy instead of listening to me. Everything is documented including the other doctors that challenge Dr Peterson handling my situation which he neglected the care that I needed and my condition has worsen. I had 2 surgery last week for this injury. I will proceed with legal a. I wanted to report him

I went in today for a TB test and because no one was trained to do it and there was no communication among staff I was there for over an hour for less than a 5 minute appointment and I almost missed my other appointment just because of it I understand everything is busy but communication goes a long way and TB tests are very known and a lot of jobs require them so it would be nice to have more staff that know how to perform that duty

Just a background: I visited an ER due to a work related truck accident, received a neck and torso scan but was told to get a head scan if I felt any headaches, tingles in the tips of my fingers and nausea. Once I did feel headaches, tingling fingers, nausea and lack of sleep, I visited the Concentra in West NY 12/20 2-3PM to get a head scan ordered.

I was assigned to Rachel Berbano, and the way she brushed off details about my symptoms, saying "I'm not prescribing you sleeping pills" (which I did not ask for), she was absolutely rude and it was unacceptable.

I voiced that I was uneasy about driving again, and that I would like to receive help for my mental health, she once again brushed it off.

I went to Concentra to get a head scan ordered and help for my mental health, but came out with no help whatsoever.

I am writing on behalf of myself and any other poor patient who is assigned to her that she will receive some type of disciplinary action.

I hope she understands that patients who go to Concentra are all worried for their own health and that she takes it seriously and provides proper treatment.

Went to concentra in Conley GA to get these things done waited a whole hour. 3 people came in after me but was seen before me & I know 2 of them was getting physical & drug screen. But they tell you can’t make an appointment, but they so this organized in whom to call by first come first service. I never seen anything like this poor professionalism & laziness it’s ridiculous. Total of 5 people of me.
