I was sent by my travel agency to Concentra, Greensboro, NC today (01/06/2022) for pre-employment UDS and labs. I checked in at 0938. There was already a room full of people, I can understand that. At 11:00, my name still has not been called. So I politely asked an AA lady at the desk, "How much longer do you think before my name is called?". She said, "it will be soon". Then asked me if I brought my N-95 for mask fitting. Ok, no problem, I have a N-95 in my care because I'm a travel nurse. I'm glad I have one in my car, but I'm really surprise you don't provide N-95 to your customers. However, that is the least of my complaints.
After 11:00, 2 other ladies who came in after me were called and seen in the clinic. So I asked, the Caucasian woman who is sitting front and center at the desk. I politely said and asked, "How much longer do you think before I"m seen? I've been here since 0938". She said,"Probably another 1.5 hours. There are a lot of people ahead of you". Again, I understand that. But, I think it's ridiculous to have to wait 4 hours for a simple mask fitting and labs. I have never in my life had to wait 4 hours for pre-employment screening. This woman did not even apologize or empathize with me for having to wait that long. Really unacceptable. So, I left without being seen and had to drive another 1 hour to go home.
If I don't need this pre-employment screening, I will not come back to this place if my life depended on it. No customer service. No customer recovery. Total disregard for someone's time, and thinking it's acceptable for anybody to wait for 4 hours? Really!
I am a healthcare worker so I understand we are all overworked and stressed. But, please, don't waste people's time for 4 hours for a simple UDS, mask fitting, and labs. I am really disgusted on how your front desk staff can act so uncaring and be nonchalantly asked their customer to wait for 4 hours.
I hope that I will neve have to come back to this place.

When you make an appt., your still there for 2 hours. The manager stsates that new patients are taken first. What?

I took my wife to the facility on Austin Bluffs and Academy on 10/19/2021 at 8am. The staff was rude to begin with and I was told I might have Covid so I couldn't stay with my wife. I asked for their policy information and was rebuffed rudely by the sitting manager. I stayed out in my car and worried about my wife.
Her ear was bleeding and it really concerned me. I told the staff I had my double Pfizer vaccination but they didn't care. This place needs empathy training. I still don't know the policies. Shameful service

June 2020, I injured my right shoulder on the job and was treated at Concentra in Escondido, Ca. It turns out I tore the rotator cuff in my right shoulder and Dr. Holland was the surgeon to fix my shoulder. He did not fix my shoulder, if anything the pain is worse then before he did his so-called surgery on my shoulder. He doesn't care about the patients he is supposed to be helping. He should not be allowed to "practice medicine". He has no compassion for the people he treats medically.

So I got offered a job like usual I knew I would have to take a drug test. So I show up get the paperwork for the testing place. And I see concentra. Awesome I have had trouble with these people before and I'm not a negative person as long as you give me respect you won't have a problem with me. But now both times I have came here once in salt lake city. And the second time today here in Tucson. Both times they have told me I need to retest and everything it [censored]s me up. On top of this time she keeps my test and puts it in a bag and tells me I need to re test. First off why if I need to re test are you saving that sample? But this is [censored] I don't have problems any where els I take piss tests just this place. I'm so angry im shaking right now. And it takes a lot to get we worked up.

They send out the bill quickly. The person I spoke to request to reprocess the claim never got the job done . Then I received 1 week later, the final notice and was threatened with a collecting agency coming. I tired to contact them again and was not able to a physical person. I left a message on the phone answering machine to call me back. I never got anything. They just want the money.

I've been to the Federal Way, WA and the Tacoma, WA Concentra clinics for a work-related required vaccination. I was supposed to get a Varicella vaccine but I informed the doctor in Tacoma that I have had Chicken pox in the 1990s. He argued that I have no proof. He insisted that I should get vaccinated. I told him isn't it prudent to have me tested first to check if I did have Chicken pox as opposed to vaccinate me right away? After a few back and forth, the Doctor agreed that I should get a Varicella Titer test. A few days later I got the Titer Test in Federal Way. The results was released days later that show I am positive for the Varicella Zoster Virus antibody: 746.50 IGG and the index for negative is less than 135 IGG.
For my 2nd shot for MMR/Hep B, I called Federal way on a Wednesday asked if they have the MMR vaccine and if I can get the shot. The lady I spoke to says they have and that I can get the 2nd booster shot anytime since I'm within the range. So I went the next day to Federal Way only to be told that they ran out of the MMR for 2 weeks. Dr. Ybarra was very helpful and promised to have her staff call me the next day on when their MMR order will be available. She also apologized for the misinformation. Sure enough her staff called the next day and informed me that it may take 2 more weeks for the vaccine to arrive. She said to try the other clinic like Tacoma,
The next day I contacted the Tacoma clinic to ask if they have the MMR vaccine available and the lady Christine that I spoke to said yes. I asked if I can get the vaccine as I was told I can and the card I have says March 31st. I asked what is the window to get the next shot, how many days since Federal Way says I can take it anytime now as I'm within the window. She went and asked then came back to say "28 days or more". To confirm I asked, "so I cannot get the vaccine less than 28 days?". Rudely and with a tone in her voice "28 days or more". Before I hang up, I asked for her name and she said "Christine" then I said you need to show a little bit of kindness to patients and not be rude to which she dismissively replied thank you and hang up. No apology for the attitude.

My name is Charlie w h i d b ee my wife has been going to Concentra near the airport! Been here for 2 and 1/2 hours She haven't seen a doctor and they close at 5 p.m. I am outside of lot waiting went inside ask the nurse was my wife still in there she reply yes but haven't seen a doctor yet! It doesn't make any sense that a person has to wait over two and a half hours to see a doctor. The next time tell that patient to come the next day instead of waiting so damn long
