Reasonable suspicion testing was done on May 23, 2025. Today is June 4, 2025. Concentra won't answer phone at the office where collection was done. They hang up the phone after one ring, without even answering. Twelve days have passed, we need the results but no one at Concentra cares enough to even ANSWER THE PHONE. Please do something to fix your abysmal customer service.
