My driver done drug test on 06/05/2023 at Arlington South

Arlington, TX 76018 and Collector name Josiah M. and Manager name is EVA Ramirez and they put wrong company name on custody form and when I call back them to change the name they said you will get results on time but its almost 10 days still waiting for results and Manager EVA did not pick my calls and if anybody pick call there they hang up call when I asked for results.

I attached a attachment where she stated that its their collectors fault.
