The staff at the concentra in Lawrenceville, Ga need to re evaluate how they manage their time at this place I have been waiting to get called for over 2 hours also have watched people who came in after me go in for their visits. This is BS and the people who manage this place should be ashamed for treating people with negligence and discriminatory behavior by pushing people to the back they see fit.
Claimed loss: Time was lost and you don’t get that back !
Desired outcome: Please audit this franchise and incorporate better staff who know the urgency of time management.
