Concentra

Concentra refused my recertification for a commercial motor vehicle non CDL based solely on a prescribed medication. I provided them with a letter from my doctor, they didn’t care, I provided them with guidance about the medication I found online from a doctor that works for their company and they didn’t care! Every time I brought them more proof about how safe the medication is they treated me with disrespect. I eventually sought a second opinion from another company and was issued my DOT card without any issues. I returned back to concentra to request the reason why they would not certify me and they did not have a reason, they said they would call my company and explain. When they called my company they created a long story of lies about me to my boss trying to get me in trouble! I am totally disgusted with this company I have never been treated like this before!
