After doing a lot of research, we decided to go with CollaborateMD for our clinic's medical billing software. We were excited to start using their software and they promised to train us and integrate it with our EMR right from the beginning. But on the first day of training, they told us that the integration would take a few weeks, so they put the training on hold. We tried many times over the next ten days to get the credentials to access the software we paid for, but they didn't give us any access. We kept trying for twenty days, but still no training, no access to the billing software, and no updates on the integration with our EMR. It was really frustrating to not get any support or access to what we paid for, so I decided to cancel our subscription. But then, after thirty days, we got a bill for the billing software access. We don't understand why they billed us when they didn't give us any access or training. To make matters worse, we started getting letters from their collection agency asking for $564.32. It's hard to believe that a company would fail to provide the services we paid for and then try to collect money for it. I really need your help to resolve this issue and for CollaborateMD to cancel the invoice they sent us. Thank you, Sunil.
