I immediately logged into my profile to check what had happened, but to my surprise, the payment info section had been completely removed from my profile! I couldn't edit my payment info or even see my payment history. I was completely baffled.

I tried to contact customer service about this issue, but unfortunately, they refused to refund my currency exchange loss which made me feel frustrated and disappointed. It seemed like they were just taking my money without any regards to my concerns or questions.

Been using Skynova for 4 years and it's been pretty good. However, recently they put a "block" on my email address and I haven't been able to access my account for the past two months. I've tried calling but the dang message tells me to send an email instead and there ain't no option to leave a message.

So I've been emailing Skynova to try and sort this out but they haven't been getting back to me. I reckon it's because of the block and all. I've sent three or four emails already but no response.

I even tried contacting support through their website but all I got was an auto response that said my email address has bounced before and can't be used again. The note even said to contact support at ***@aynax.com to remove the block. But how in tarnation do I do that if they ain't responding to my emails?

To make things worse, Skynova keeps billing me monthly even though I can't use their service. I tried emailing them from a different address but still no response. Maybe it's because they don't recognize me as a current customer? The note on the auto response even says to sign in to my account first so they can help me faster.

Anyways, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company since I was getting billed for something I couldn't even use. Ain't nobody got time for that.

Now, I know what you're thinking, "What if I don't wanna sign up and start paying after the free trial?" Well, that's no sweat, my friend. You'll still have complete access to all your invoices and you can view, print or download them whenever you want. And if you know you won't need to use the service for a while, just go to Settings->Close Account and click on the "Cancel Paid Plan" button. That way, your account will stay fully functional for the entire billing cycle (which is 30 days) and you won't be charged.

One of the things I really like about Skynova is that there are tons of currencies available, so you can choose the one that works best for you. Plus, with the expense tracking and income statements, it's really easy to keep track of everything. Just make sure you set your currency option when you create your account.

If you need to add sales tax, GST or VAT, it's easy peasy. Just click the "Show Customization Options" link when you're creating or editing your invoice and check the box next to "Tax."
