I just left my appointment which took place today, June 26th 2023 at 4pm. My Doctor has a pattern of being condescending to me, I have been enduring and trying not to make so much out of it. But today was horrible! Not only did she put me on time out when I was trying to answer the question she asked! Zero patience to listen to me and asked me what will they do to get me back to work. Insinuating my condition is intentional, where I probably have demands and want them met before I can go back to work. Because why would a doctor ask a patient what she wants them to do, for her to go back to work! No compassion, no what are your challenges. Just straight out condescending and zero compassion! I don’t deserve to feel this way after a hospital visit! She’s not treating me for free, I’m not a charity case. If she doesn’t want to treat and be patient to hear my worries and concerns, then she shouldn’t be treating me. I have never been spoken like that all my life! Hospital/clinics should be a safe place, not a bully playground to make people depressed. I am already dealing with a lot! Don’t need a doctor getting paid to make my life more miserable.
