I'm waiting to get cleared to go back to work over something non-related to my work-related injury plus, They're treating my case as if I was a truck driver or something. The "DOT" and the "NTSB" are two different entities with differences in physical quality. They can't figure that out, My next step is gonna be legal representation! Because they had already cleared me once to return to work, That terminated my worker's compensation. I've been off work just shy of a month now without income plus I had to take two drug tests because they "Lost" my first specimen.

I told Doctor Koita that I suffer from prostatic enlargement and fatty liver though she prescribed me azythromycin 250mg and told me to get over the counter Advil cold and sinus but that Advil medicine affects seriously to people with health conditions I explained above
