I have purchased from ProperSoft and was pretty satisfied with the product, everything worked fine.
But for some reason they charged me again one month later! Another month passed and the same thing happened. Customer service rep explained that they have some kind of problem with their system and that I was not the first one with that kind of issue.
Within a week they gave me a partial refund. They refunded only one month. Well that's better than nothing I guess...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
