OCT 2022 Concentra sent my personal info and drug screen results to a UNAUTHORIZED COMPANY. Therefore my CDL is messed up because of this. Today is 7 May 2023 this issue is still not resolved. I e contacted concentra numerous times about this so now I’m being threatened with legal action if it contact them. I have the emails and all the evidence I need to back up my claim. Was told they would try and settle. But no settlement only threats. #itsnotover This was the office In Columbus ga. And also have dealt with office in Hapevile ga. Again I have Emails with them admitting their guilt
