Walmart robbed

My wife received a $100 Vanilla gift card from the in laws bought at Walmart in Pear City Hawaii. We went to Target in Hilo to buy a $34 toy for my son and the card was declined. We called Vanilla's customer service and they took down all of our information and said someone should call in three days. On the fifth day after no follow up, we called again and they said that there is no activity on our complaint. We are now feeling that this is not right. The gift card came with a receipt so we took the card to the nearest Walmart to get it returned. After standing in line we finally talk to the customer service representative. She called the Vanilla card phone number and they said that card is not activated. She said we can not return the card because the card paid for and the card we have is different. We asked how can that be? She said maybe the cashier gave my in laws an inactivated card on accident. I called my in laws and they said they pulled it off the shelf and paid for it. The Walmart Customers service representative said she would call Walmart in Pearl City to check the camera's to see if the cashier switched cards by accident or on purpose. Another investigation is open and no one has called back. All this lost time and energy over a $100 gift card. Who knows how many times this has happened? Scary to think that these big companies can get away with this without any consequences. Bottom line; my in laws lost $100 purchasing a Vanilla Gift card at Walmart Pearl City Hawaii.

Someone finally called back after checking the camera's and they apologized for the inconvenience. They said that the cashier put the Vanilla gift card in the register and that they will issue us a new card. But that's all they said, so I guess case closed. (WEIRD)

Walmart - associates

My complaint is if I seen a manager telling a associate to do something and it was wrong. Why did the associates get fired, and the store manager get a pat on the back and says good job. And it was the manager fault. And the associates got fired, instead of the manager get fired. I have seen 2 manager's that setup their associates. And these store are the...

Walmart fake information and physical harm

Customer injured by employ on November 4, 2013.
Report made. same date and time. Customer was refused copy of accident report.
December 16, 2013 WalMart Insurance adjuster claims the accident happen in the only area of the store that has no video surveillance. And the report dose not admit fault.
After being knocked over into a clothing rack by this non-thinking employ of WalMat walking backwards I had to make two trips to the doctor for treatment and to date sill suffer some effects from my injuries to my head, back and hip. And as a single parent I can't afford to keep any further medical appointments, and just have to hope for the best with my problems.
Never let employees of WalMart near you if you are disabled or use a cane to walk. If hurt all evidence will vanish and you are stuck with the bill.
This also made a mess of my children's Christmas as well.
I now only go to WalMart if I have 2 or more people with me and then only if I have no other choice.

Walmart services and health

When we first moved here, Walmart at Dixie was a great place to shop, but as Summer began turning into Autumn (and the problems escalated this winter) It became pretty horrible. It's the staff. First, things aren't where they should even be and they keep changing where the content is placed. It's not little things here and there, its full stock of items in the wrong place. Then during the boxing day season I went to get a Playstation Plus card that was on sale. When I got to the register, they said they were giving rain cheques because the cards were not working, and that our cards would be put away. So we gave them our phone numbers and information, and they gave us a rain cheque. (This is my first time getting a rain cheque.) I asked if I should call or come back later, but they insisted to a few of us customers (standing in line) that they would call us instead. I went back the next day anyway just to see what had become of the problem. I spoke to customer service who rudely told us the store didn't have any. I explained the situation one more time, and she told us that it was their management who would give out the calls. I asked if my rain cheque would honour the price that was quoted to me before and VERY RUDELY, she told me "Well that's what rain cheques are for." We later had to go to the Walmart at Square One, Mississauga to purchase something else that they had in stock. We had some extra time so we asked their electronics department about the Playstation Plus Cards. They even had their supervisors there to explain what had happened and how they could help. The employees there gave us a card and took care of us and a few others in line waiting for the cards. I didn't even explain to them my horrible experience with Walmart (Dixie #1126) I just asked if they still had an error with the cards and if they were honouring the previous price. Walmart Square One was fast and efficient and they were 10x busier and stressed than Walmart Dixie! It's Wedenesday, January 8th, 2014, now: they never called. My phone records say they never called. What really set me off this time was when I was in the store shopping and I passed by them restocking in the diary isle. I saw a tall pallet of Oikos Yogurt in the middle of the isle. I went on with my shopping and 45 minutes later passed by again and the yogurt was still in the middle of the isle with the stocking staff just standing there staring nearby at another section. They ignored the un-chilled yogurt in the middle isle for a while, and he just stood there staring even longer out into another section of the store. I was pretty grossed out since Oikos Yogurt is a regular purchase of ours there. Well, not anymore. We will be buying our yogurt elsewhere from now on.

Walmart just wondering

I was just wondering when people return their Christmas chocolate and it is not opened why do you throw it out if it has not been opened. then when people open the hallowen chocolates instead of doing something nice like giving it to the childrens hospitle why do you throw it out. I heard you just throw it out. this being the trick or treat candy that is open but in smaller packages. and one more thing when are you going to get the new zelda game in, a link between worlds. I already have this one but my friend does not and i want my older brother to fight him on street pass and win because it will be easy to win if he only has three heart pieces and no weapens.

I ordered 2 $20 Ultimate Game Cards from the online Walmart store in Newington, and they took the money from my gift card, but cancelled my order. It has been 3 hours and I have not received a refund OR the ordered items.

Walmart one caehier on express

I was at heartland Walmart when I got into line at express. There were maybe 4 people in front of me. There was one cashier, and another girl who wasn't wearing a vest, I thought she was a csm as she told the cashier she is going somewhere. The cashier was going very fast until she stopped to do a MasterCard application which was SO unprofessional.

I said "excuse me, can you call for more cashiers?". She looked at me and said she's sorry but she cannot do that, and I was like "what, you can't call your manager and ASK FOR MORE CASHIERS".

just then the csm came back and said "you haven't even been in line for more than a minute, and your next, what's your problem?" I told her to call a manager because that is so unprofessional. She picked up the phone and paged for someone.

I am so tired of walmart!I went to put bikes on layaway for my kids and when we went to the line, there was 1 woman in front of us, they never said we will be with you in a moment or any kind of recognition that were waiting.

So, after 20 minutes of waiting behind this woman me and my husband were looking out at stuff in the store and talking amongst ourselves when we hear, HELLLLOOOO!, HELLLOOOO! We turn to see the 2 guys staring is us in annoyance, 1 of whom was the assistant manager and the other customer service manager! and they were so rude! and then we pay for our layaway and no thank you or anything.

Walmart is the worst for customer service! Cashiers take forever to ring people up even when there is a line of 50 people...its like they just dont care!

you cannot find anything in the store and cannot find anyone to ask and if you do they never know where it is either.Walmart is the devil of corporations.

I also noticed that the greeter has down syndrome. Obviously she has this condition because her parents were drinking while pregnant with her. One of your cashiers is also disabled. That makes her slow when doing cash.

I went to complain to the manager about this employee and told him he should not hire disabled freaks and hire normal people and he asked me to leave the store. I told him I was not going to leave the store I was not done yet and he asked threatened to call the police on me. My son age 8 and my daughter age 7 were scared that mommy would get arrested so I left because they were crying.

This is not the first issues I had with them.

I wrote about another issue.

Walmart pre-black friday sale

I am very disappointed in the service I received during my visit on Thursday, November 28, 2013 at the new 1105 Research Center Drive Location in Atlanta. I have been planning and planning to attend this sale in order to purchase the 46" Samsung TV. Since this was the first year "Black Friday" started on Thursday, I called on 3 different occasions on Thursday for clarification of when the sale will actually begin. I was also wanted clarification of the 6pm, 8pm and 6am sales. The item I wanted was available at the 8p.m. time frame. During the 1st phone call I was told I would be able to get the item at 8p.m. as advertised. During the second phone call that I made for clarification, I was told all the items would be available at 6p.m. After viewing the sales add, that just didn't make since. Why would they have a 6p.m., 8p.m. and 8a.m. time frame listed if they would allow you to come at 6p.m. for all items. I then made 3rd phone call for more clarification regarding the item I wanted in particular and the wristbands. I was place on hold 3 times in order for the sales associate to give me the correct information. I am a nurse, and I practice the teach back method when providing education. I decided to restate what I was told which was, I would not be able to purchase my item or the wristband until 8p.m. When my family arrived to the store at approximately 7 p.m. we were informed that the wristbands sold out hours ago and that the item I wanted was not eligible for the 1 hour guarantee. On top of that the Walmart employee was very rude. This is unacceptable. I am a consumer...If it weren't for the consumers WalMart would be out of business. This store has only been open for a little over a month, and this is the 2nd time they have misinformed me of a promotion. I called 3 times and no one could get the information correct...Or did they just make up the rules themselves? My daughter's volleyball team purchased a new training facility near this Walmart. We host multiple tournaments as well as practice several days a week for hundreds of girls. I will make sure to spread the word of my experiences with this Walmart to ensure no one else is deceived nor put in an inconvenient situation. I should expect a phone call from a manager to try to resolve this issue, but with your reputation I probably wont get that!

I agree foxygrandma, for her to think we work at a place we defend. Looks like Frustrated Walmart shopper does not know how to read well because I clearly stated that these Black Friday complaints were from every company about how they complain about not getting the item because they were too lazy to get there early. They complain this is false and misleading advertising because they did not know about wrist bands. Someone did not tell them. They probably want to be treated like children and hand held through the procedure. They seem to want personal one one attention rather than have them deal with everyone.

Foolish your username really describes you right not. How is something misleading just because you did not understand the procedure.

"When leaving the store with a bike that I purchased, no one checked cart or receipt.

Yet if they checked your receipt you would be writing about how you were falsely detained. No win in this situation.

It is no where to be found not no where to be founded.

Security is allowed breaks too, especially after dealing with adults who act like you did.

Went to Wal-Mart Pre-Black Thanksgiving Day sale from 6:-7pm in Villa Park, IL. I was not aware that you need to get a wristband to obtain your item. The store employees never informed me or the other people who were waiting in line for the 32 inch flat screen TV at $98.00. It was then stated that you could make the purchase at the register but only if you prepaid. Well to do that you need a ticket and to get the ticket you needed a wristband. I only went because Wal-Mart was guarantying purchase if the store ran out. The communications from the store employees could have been better. I also wanted to purchase the children dump truck for $10.00 and it was nowhere to be founded and the store employees could not find it either. Security was on break! When leaving the store with a bike that I purchased, no one checked cart or receipt. Security (in the red jacket) was outside taking a cigarette break. Wal-Mart was very misleading this holiday season, but I should not be surprised.

This sounds like Boxing Day in England, you get there early you get the sale prices you get there late you don't. Sounds like some whiners (howard and frustrated walmart customer)complaining about not getting the product because they did not get there fast enough. There are line ups before the sale starts.

PS blame the parents here, just because someone defends a company does not mean they work for the company. If you claim this blame the parents and foxygrandma work in every store, restaurant or other establishment in their country because they posted comments if the customer was wrong or has a silly complaint such as this one. You don't get the sale item suck it up. Don't be a prat.

", I witnessed a few employees being rude to several customers for no apparent reason."

I doubt you witnessed the whole incident.

Exactly how old are you anyways frustrated walmart shopper, just because someone points out logic does not mean they work for the company. With your childish logic my guess is you dislike the store because you are either a shoplifter or fired employee. Either that or you are a teenager who thinks because someone defends a company with logic they work or know someone who works there.

I agree with the complaint as I had a similar experience also at a Walmart in Hoover, Alabama. I did arrive early (around 5:30) which was 2 1/2 hours prior to the advertised available sale time of 8:00 which was listed for the item I was planning on purchasing. I stood in line only to find that they gave out the wrist bands much earlier on during the day several hours prior to the sale start time. It should also be noted that no where in the advertisements did it list anything about a wrist band, as the ad only stated that that particular item would only be available at 8:00. The Walmart associates very mostly all unorganized and were miss informing may consumers at that store as well, and they didn't even know where most of the sale items were located in the store. In addition to their incompetence to assist customers, I witnessed a few employees being rude to several customers for no apparent reason. I believe these employees may have been harboring resentment for having to be at work on Thanksgiving and taking it out on the people that keep their store in business that provides them with a paycheck. For those of you that seem to want to blame the customer instead of the store that false advertised, then I would only have to guess you either work at Walmart or know someone that does. If that's not the case, then I hope you never experience such rude and unprofessional treatment if you should ever shop at Walmart.

" This is unacceptable. I am a consumer...If it weren't for the consumers WalMart would be out of business."

SO are the people who used their heads and came before you did.

What this review should read is I am angry at myself. I planned for months to get the sale Item I wanted, however people beat me to it. I am too proud to blame myself for getting there late and all the sale items I wanted were sold out. I have to blame the store. I mistake not getting what I want as "rude".

I will personally put them out of business. I will tell all my daughter's volleyball team members that they should not be shopping at this store. They will all listen to me. Losing 20 or so customers will put them out of business. That will show them for not giving in to me.

Basically all reviews about people who missed Black Friday "wristbands, cards or whatever they hand out should read like this..

"I did not get there on time, . however rather than do the adult thing and blame myself for getting there late I will blame the company.

Walmart unbolted cart coral during storm damaged car in parking lot by

Last weekend there was a big storm, and the winds were strong enough to actually blow a cart coral in the parking lot off the ground and into the side of our car, putting dents and scratches in the doors.

The workers and manager at the store apologized up and down and said they'd take responsibility for it, and they filed a claim.

A few days later their insurance company returned my call and denied the claim saying "Walmart doesn't control the winds." I think Walmart just didn't bolt down the cart coral tightly enough. I'm sure they have cheep insurance who denies every claim they can, so regardless it seems to me that storms happen every year or two, so they should expect 40+ mph winds every now and then and bolt down the cart corals tightly enough.

I called the store back and the asst. manager, who was initially nice to me, suddenly was dismissive and said it's all up to the insurance company. If something blew off my property and broke through a neighbor's window, I'd feel responsible for paying for it, regardless. But they are now washing their hands of the situation.

My own deductible is $500 so it seems like a lot just to fix a couple dents, the estimate might not be much more than that. Not sure what I should do now.

Walmart walmart does not stand behind their promises

People need to be aware that if damage should happen to your vehicle by a Walmart cart on Walmart's property, Claims Management Inc. WILL NOT do anything to ASSIST THE CUSTOMER. Even after their Walmart employees assure you, as they did me, that Walmart will indeed pay for everything to repair your vehicle, just as it was before you parked it on their lot.

I parked my car away from everyone else at Walmart's parking lot early Sunday morning. While cart attendants were visible to me collecting carts, a cart came flying across the the lot and put a huge dent in the side of my new car.

I went inside and told a manager at the customer service desk who got another (loss prevention?) manager for me. While I was waiting, she assured me that Walmart would pay for the damage to my vehicle as it was on their property in their parking lot. Another associate came up and told me the same thing, they always do the right thing and take care of the customer.

A lady came up to the desk, came outside to my car with me, took pictures and and took a report as to what happened. She said she would review the security cameras, which I fully encouraged as I wanted to know what happened too.

She said she would call me the next day, Monday, and make sure that Claims Management, Inc., the company they use for claims, had contacted me to take care of this.

Monday comes and goes, no phone call. No call on Tuesday either. I call Walmart on Wednesday, 11/20 to follow up with the status of my claim. They apologized and provided me with a claim number and told me to contact Claims Management at [protected]. I was assigned a Claims Manager - Megan at ext 57820. I leave Megan a message.

Megan with Claims Management Inc, returns my call just after 9. She's located in Arkansas. In so many words, she tells me that they will not take care of the repair my vehicle needs because they said we had 62 MPH winds and the cart was blown into my car.

On Sunday, we did in fact have storms and high winds in Illinois. There were tornados in our state too. But not at the time that I was at Walmart. This happened at 9:50AM. It was sunny outside. The storms didn't come until 11:30 in my area. Megan, the claims adjuster, is using a weather report that does not coincide with what truly happened, just to get out of doing the right thing. Just to get Walmart out of taking care of their customer.

I told Megan that I would be sure to let everyone know how Walmart does not take care of their customers. Megan asked me why I would slam Walmart and said it wasn't fair to them. I let her know, as I want everyone who reads this to know, if you were promised by several employees that they would be taking care of the damage to your car, then they use every excuse unfairly to get out of it, wouldn't you do the same thing?!

Walmart duplicate prescriptions

Three years ago my mother passed out and went to the hospital. The end result was that she had 3 times the amount of potassium in her system. As it turned out not only did her Dr. prescribe two different potassium meds for her, one under the name of potassium and the other under the generic name, the pharmacy at the Walmart did not catch it and continued to fill them both. It almost cost my mother her life.
NOW, November 20013 I have discovered that Walmart pharmacy has been filling one prescription Reglan from her current Dr. and an old one from a Dr she has not seen since 3 years ago due to the above mentioned incident!
Walmart will be losing our business, and my mother takes over 15 prescriptions, numerous other health and beauty products, groceries.

Walmart racist tendencies

I was at the Wal-Mart in Severn Maryland located at George Claus Blvd, and decided to purchase a meal from the hot bar. The hot bar located in the front of the store had old food, no one was attending the front and when I called for assistance was continually ignored by the Deli Manager Patty. I was later informed that Patty is an extreme racist and refuses to replenish the hot bar when customers of color are waiting to be served. I find this behavior totally unacceptable. I was later informed that she is a prone to insult her employees of color and the store manager is aware of the problem and finds it acceptable. Being a customer of color I refuse to purchase anything from her department, but when I went to the Subways the treatment was twenty times worst. The foreign employees of India and South America descent are totally hostile towards any American that wants to place an order with them. The food is thrown together and basically thrown at you, and when they take your money when you pay for your order it is recounted at least five times when the correct amount is given. Their treatment of the American customers makes you not want to shop there.

You are so right about that! I thought that I was the only one that experienced this. People are quick to say that we as blacks are good about playing the race card but racism is still a very real issue in the USA. And with the foreigners it only appears to be getting worst because they are taught they are superior to everyone ESP blacks. The Subways in Caledonia, MS is awful! I told my hubby I don't plan on going there again. There are always two Indian/ Arab men there, no one else, hardly ever any customers. 1 of the men who looks just like a serial killer just says 'what do u want' to me but when a Caucasian comes in he says "hello, how arre you?" 'I'm like Wow!' They can't even speak good English and trying to be racist! Sad, Sad, Sad but it's just gonna to keep happening

Walmart customer service

I was searching online for a store that carried a specific product I am looking for and found a Wal-Mart in Tulsa, ok on 207 S. Memorial drive that possibly had the product. When I called the store around 1:10 pm on Nov.8th to inquire information on this product the operator placed me on hold for almost 11 minutes, then I called back and was placed on hold for 5 minutes, I hung up and called back a third time and after the phone rang about 8-9 times it was picked up and hung up! I called back asking for a manager the operator stated to me very rudely they were busy what did I need a manager for? I stated back " I needed to speak to one about customer service" she argued with me about hanging up and hung up again! I called back and she said I put you on hold twice now I explained to her the wait period wasn't customer friendly and asked for her name then she hung up on me again! I like many other people am what makes your business grow and that is no way to keep business! If I don't get a proper response and something should be done with the operator at the listed above location I can guarantee I won't spend another dollar at any walmart location and will have this on the news channel knowing they will do anything for a story and hoping it hinders at least that store location! I have never wrote a complaint before cause no one is perfect but this is by far the worse service I have ever received from any store period!

I think you both are making excuses...regardless if associates are "busy helping other customers" the person calling is also a customer and having called as many times as she did and getting hung up on is unacceptable...! If I were you granny I'd take my complaint to the store manager and give him the date and time of the unfortunate incident so they can find out who was working and is responsible. Hopefully management can teach that associate proper telephone etiquette...!

Foxy grandma summed it up pretty nicely. As a Walmart operator in Littleton, CO, I should let you know I wasn't hired as an "operator" I'm an apparel sales associate who has to keep all clothing departments clean, work the fitting rooms, deal with customers in the store, and manage store emergency announcements, ALL while making sure to answer the phone by the first two rings. It's not like we just sit there doing nothing until you call. We then have to deal with all sorts of crazy, strange or angry customers and send them to the appropriate extension.
Note: it is NOT the operator's fault when the department you requested doesn't answer. We do have customers in the store who often are viewed as a higher priority. Managers are also a pain in the ###. They will agree to answer a call but don't pick it up, or they tell us they're too busy and ask us to relay the message. I always offer to take a message, and offer a better time to call back.
We deal with so many rude and disrespectful customers that eventually it's hard to be super nice and pretend you're always right and that you're all entitled to special treatment.
Also, our phones are so old and crappy that they do sometimes hang up on people. Sure, the associate was more rude than she had to be, but just keep in mind and try to understand all the other things she had to deal with that day for a measly penny or two above minimum wage.

The person answering the phone is not an "operator" as you say, but usually the customer service desk. They are usually quite busy and they are dealing with people in the store. You are going to have to deal with wait times when calling as the customers that are at the counter take priority over people who call in.

Walmart false advertising.

WE were having a thanksgiving get together. I was required to bring the snacks. There was a sign that said buy 3 packs of chips for $8. Well we only needed five packs. I was charged almost $15 for five packs of chips. I told them that this is false advertising. I told them that they should be charging $2.66 per package instead of $3.17. They then showed me a receipt where I was charged $3.17 for the first two packages and told me that it was already calculated and I was only charged $1.66 for the third bag, yet for bag four and five I was charged $3.17. They told me that if I bought a sixth package then I would get the sale price. At this point my 12 year old daughter interupped and I told her to shut up or she would have to stay home alone when we went to my sister's for thanksgiving. Needless to say we had to return the two packages because they were ripping off. I asked for their skanning code of pratise and they said it did not apply since the price was not wrong. I told them the price was wrong, they refused to budge. This incident made me so angry that when my 2 year old had a dirty diaper I slapped him. Several people called the pigs(cops) on me and they visited my home during thanksgiving. They asked my daughter if this happened and because she was still angry at me(two days later) she told them yes that I had slapped my son for having a dirty diaper. My husband backed me up and said that never happened but they belived my daughter and those other people and threatened to have my children(though I did not touch my daughter) put in a foster home and me sent to anger management.

Oh, no doubt it's a troll, but your point about it not being Thanksgiving missed the mark.

The point is they are trolling to make Canada look bad, just like people pretend to be black and make reviews about racial profiling for silly things.

So, even though the person says their from Canada and they make a comment about Thanksgiving around the time of Canadian Thanksgiving it's your opinion that you insulting them and telling them it wasn't yet American Thanksgiving so their story is BS is on the money?

Which seems more likely to you: you failed to notice it's a Canadian talking about Canadian Thanksgiving and you didn't catch on, or it's someone pretending to be Canadian and making up a story weeks before the actual holiday?

Ockham's Razor my friend. Look it up.

I don't care about location, also do you really think that people put the correct location for a bunch of strangers to see. I even selected a random location which happened to be Mantobia Canada. For all you know I could have picked South Africa.

Oh sweet irony.

"blame the parents here": You may want to look into where the complainer lists their location to be and then investigate when Canadian Thanksgiving is.

Walmart not taking coupons

I went to redeem several Chobani Yogurt coupons last night at Wal-Mart- 3025 Lancaster Dr Ne, Salem, OR 97305. I had several free coupons for Chobani products that they sent me to replace the ones that were bad that I had purchased when all of the mold got into their product. The yogurts were recalled because they were making people sick, so they sent out replacement coupons for their product a few weeks ago.
They are manufacture coupons and the instructions are right on the coupons. The Salem Wal-Mart refused to redeem the coupons, saying that they "system doesn't recognize the bar code on the coupon and they therefore have no way to redeem the coupons for the free Chobani products". I spoke to a supervisor, who also said that they couldn't redeem the coupons. I am a little bit upset as I spent about 15 minutes trying to find all of the products to match the coupons exactly, put them on the counter for the clerk with each item, matching each coupon (together) and then another 15 minutes waiting for her to even find a supervisor and for them to then decided that they wouldn't accept them. I have contacted Chobani as well, but I wanted to let you know because I think this is very disappointing as they are manufacture coupons and it was an issue that was all over the news, etc. I am not sure which store will take them and this is very frustrating as I really wanted to get the products replaced. I left feeling angry of all of the time that was wasted and I don't think I will be returning to our Wal-Mart any time soon. I would rather take my business elsewhere. Here was the terminal number on my receipt : M014479 10/6/2013 at 21:21 Network ID: 0082 APPR Code: 260514 TC# 607066651448022969625

Had the same thing happen to me today at Walmart in Mt. Pocono PA. Not only would they not accept the coupons, but they accused me of making copies, even after I showed them the watermark on the back. Shame on Walmart.

Walmart walmart employee strip searched 8 year old girl

i witnessed a Walmart black woman employee strip searching a black 8 year old girl in the womens public bathroom at Walmart in saint paul Minnesota. DEAD SERIOUSE NO JOKE! This made me sick to my stomach and i felt like going insaine! i felt so upset and scared for that poor child. i wanted to cry! the black woman was forcing this girl to be complatly naked in the bathroom stall with the door open where every one walking by could see her naked. the child had this sad scared look on her face. the little girl told me she was being forced to be naked infront of that woman strip searching her. and that employee had no reason to force that poor girl to be naked...the female child was wearing a purple pants and a purple long sleeve shirt. but i didn't ge the chance to tell the operator the color of the child clothes so the police could find that poor girl and protect her from being sexually abused. i never give out my name or phone number when i make 911 calls to report people abusing children or other adults. it's for my own safety.

i had to deal with a really weird female operator on 911 call. i hate 911 operators they are so weird and stupid most of the time.

Walmart text alerts

Ive had my card for several years now. I use it for online and travel purchases. This gives me a bit of comfort knowing the loss of funds is limited should there be any issues of a lost/stolen card or unauthorized pruchese(s). After all this time to have text alerts flood my phone through several weeks and replying with the message -stop (as instructed in such cases) I got no releif. I called the cutomer service center sereral times was told they did not show a text alert request from me on file nor did they find any evidence that I had signed up for text alerts through any online partner method. But they did see and confirm that text messages were being sent and the stop replies coming in to the sysytem were sneding confirmations. It was - to my puzzment- suggested on one of my calls to the CSRs office that I contact my phone provider to block the texting. In my exghuastion I did make that call. The block was placed and the text continued. On my final call the CRS told me that he had cancelled my card to stop the texting and then aked me if I was interested in Direct Deposit!? WTH.
