Cell C Deceases contract not cancelled

My husband passed away in August. All documentation sent to deceasedenquiries about 15 times with no feedback to stop contract. Complained on Hello peter and sent documents to sm@cellc another 10 times. NO RESPONSE NOT EVEN AKNOWLEGEMENT! every month they attempt to take the debit order and this month you took 3 x times the debit order amount. I demand the money be refunded. This is pathetic just ignoring complaints and customers, even deceased customers. This contract should have been cancelled in August when It was reported and all documents submitted.

Cell C Service

Today i went to Cell C at Carnival mall to inquire about the access fee that was, supposed to be debit ed. From my account on the 30 of November ask the lady if i can make the payment in store, she said i must google or call insurance to gv me the banking details, i couldn't understand ain't they supposed to have those details in store Or call from their side

Cell C Fibre to the Home

No debit orders were run for 4 months and then a payment plan was arranged and no debit orders went off even after arrangement was made

Fibre was cut and we were advised if the full amount is paid will be reinstated
Also needed to complete a full new application - NEW APPLICATION FOR SOMETHING THEY CANCELLED IN ERROR.

Payment was done and sent through yesterday and almost 12pm the next day there is no connectivity

Shocking service and this needs to be a formal complaint with the ombudsman due to the way they are handling payments for services and now withholding services due to their error on their system.

They have been paid and still no service. Thats theft!

Cell C Cell c Fibre

Yesterday I received a call my Fibre lins has been disconnected due to a glitch in cellc account department since May
My Fibre was disconnected immediately and demand a R5000 payment.
Cell c never informed me via email or phone call that the account has not been paid.
However send email to collection department to pay a amount to activate my line no one made contact.
This is not my fault bit now I need to suffer.
My son use the internet to study but this has effected his studies as well

Cell C Unauthorised debit order

I recently had a new debit order implemented on my bank account, from Cell C. An unauthorised one, as it was post the new DebiCheck system which is supposed to safeguard against it. I have visited my local Cell C shop, sent documents, e-mailed, phoned, but to no avail. I simply cannot be assisted at the correct department. My reference number is useless as nobody can find it on the system. The debit order keeps increasing in value and each and every time I have to incur the time and cost to have it reversed. When I phone I get transferred between several consultants and departments, until I finally get lost in the system: hearing background sounds but not being assisted.

My legitimate contract's debit order is not the problem. That I'm being billed for someone else's contract, that is most definitely the problem. All my banking fees for debit order reversals and my own debit orders that bounce because of this, who will cover those costs? Who will cover the time that it takes me every month to go and reverse this debit order that was loaded without my consent? Either the DebiCheck system is flawed, or Cell C does not care to abide by it.

I tried to resolve this internally with the methods at Cell C, now we'll see if we can resolve it here.

Cell C has been illegally debating my account for almost two years and I have Reversing debit orders sending emails to their complaints department emailed affidavits to no success.

Cell C Service

Contract - CR Sawyer, mobile number [protected]
My monthly premium is R179
In June an amount of R249 was debited. I was advised this was for the premium of R179 plus R70 failed debit order penalty. I forwarded my bank statement to prove that the debit order had not failed
It seems that no premium was lodged in July
In August a premium of R109 was lodged once again and I was advised that this debit order had failed and a further R70 failed debit order penalty was once again added. I sent my bank statement to you proving that the debit had not failed
Then in September cellC did not lodge a debit so I paid the premium by EFT and proof of payment was sent to them
In October they debited me twice on the 18th R179 and the 20th R179. I assumed the extra debit was for the debit order you had failed to lodge in July plus the October premium
In November they debited me with R358 on 15/11 and R179 on 20/11, a total of R537! I once again sent them all my bank statements and asked for a refund and the debit order to be cancelled
My recent contact with them was on 20/11 and daily thereafter and to date besides automated acknowledgements of receipt I have had no response
Today I received and SMS saying to stay connected I should pay the outstanding R179 for November!

Desired outcome: I await a refund to my bank account and the debit order

Cell C Fraud status on my Account that has been in credit with Cell C since 2018

The number cannot be upgraded as there is a FRAUD status under your name.

This is the feedback I received from Cell C 2 weeks ago, untill now I have not heard from Cell C again.
No one can tell me who added the status, who why or when... its the system they say... but yet the system is also keeping my credit -POOR CUSTOEMR SERVICE!
I have called the service desk, went into a store and been emailing for 2 weeks - wonder if the system is tracking the poor service Cell C is providing.

Please dont upgade my account but rather remove the Fraud status that no ones at Cell C can get back to me about.

Cell C Fraud case not resolved and still debited on account

Fraud Case no. [protected] and [protected] registered and not resolved, senior management assured proper communication yet, mail upon mail they do not respond with progress or any feedback what soever for the past 3 months. Seven months of large Debits on my account for something I do not have nor asked for. Constantly sharing case numbers with accounts department when phoned for arrears, yet nothing is captured on the system and minutes later another operator will phone for the exact same thing, for SEVEN months my complaint fall on deaf ears. It seems that I need to involve the media first then reach out to lawyers to the cost of Cell C to claim my debit returns and fuel losses. I use to be a loyal customer for years and get screwed over like this is indicating there is no care for customer what sover.

Desired outcome: Finalize the investigation and stop debiting and clear my name

Cell C Cell C contract

Good day
I am very disappointed in the service, i am well aware of my account being in arrears, due to I was unemployed but I still contacted cellc customer service, to make arrangements in paying my account. I have provided proof that i was incapacitated due to occupational health issues, meaning I cannot work anymore, I even tried to make payments. I am now in legal department placed by cellc, where else I have tried numerous times to contact them about my situation and any arrangement possible that could be made. PLEASE ASSIST

Cell C 25/11/2021

Cell C is really becoming ridiculously annoying not only is the network forever messed up i bought 1GB via cellphone banking app before 8am it is now 23:56 and i have yet to receive my data when i call customer care i was told its a technical difficulty i was not able to use my internet the entire day as no other airtime vouchers were going through i finally managed to get data loaded and when i try roll over it tells me there is a technical problem so now i have not received my purchased 1GB and u still come with crap about rolling my data over so im lossing 500MB this is damn ridiculous really

Cell C Service

Could some 1 from contract dept or technical department contact me to resolve my issue. I am tired of calling through customer service and getting no assistance i have called one than 10 times explaining one thing no one has an idea on how to assist instead im transfferred between departments. I did an upgrade on my current sim and asked for an additional data package to be added to my contract. As discussed i recieved the simcard for the additional plan. The simcard does not work because it has not yet been registered. I was advised that when i receive the simcard to give a copy of my id and proof of residence to the courier guy so cellc can rica the simcard and that i will be able to use the sim within 24 hours. I received the simcard on Friday 24 hours has passed i been calling customer service and i being transferred from dept to department. I did sent through an sms with serial number to the [protected] it says registration fail. I am tired of explaining the same thing over and over again. I have been using cellc contract for about 4years now i never had any issues until now. Im very disappointed. What frustrating is that i explained the same thing to different people from different departments could they not advise if my issue is not able to be resolved.

Cell C Fraud on my id number

Good day,

Please note that I have been following up with Roshin, she is an employee of Cell C Clearwater Branch, and she has been extremely helpful with my query,

However, she is also not winning with an answer and advised that I contact 084 145, or [protected],

I have just spoken to Markus and he advised that I can send a mail. (Alternatively contact [protected] - Option 2),, I have received no joy, line just rings.

May I kindly get an update on my fraud matter (Ref [protected]) as this has been outstanding since July.

Cell C Paid up letter delayed by Cell C

I had a contract with cell c. They claimed that I owed them R1042. They then handed my account over to MBD credit solutions. I have complied with MBD's requests and made a payment as they facilitated this process. I did an online payment. Here is my POP :

"Capitec: Payment -R1478.00 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref TC Recoveries Cape Town ZA; Avail R39.37; 25-Oct. Info [protected]."

My reference number with MBD is 9I0553793.

My reference number with cell c is [protected].

We are approaching a month now and I'm going back and forth with MBD consultants telling me that it has been escalated with cell c. They have not received any feedback from cell c. When I contact cell c, they tell me to send proof of payment which I did. They then said the turnaround time for this is 2 days. However, they don't respond after then.

I'm not getting any clear resolution between the two parties. I would expect that their workflow would be insync and in order however cell c seems to have incompetent staff hence the delay.

I request that my case be given to someone with experience, who can resolve my issues fast. I am really exhausted as this is a back and forth process.

I have played my part in paying up even though they ripped me off. I paid them more than they deserve.

They need to play their part in locating my payment and changing my status with all credit bureaus to PAID UP status. As well as send me the paid up letter.

Desired outcome: Credit burea status to change from arrears to Paid up and also to receive my paid up letter

My One Contract Expired and was a month to month.. I phone three months now to cancel that month to month but no one canceled now I'm still paying! Today I phoned and they said its canceled now but I will pay until the end of next month! I won't do that and they can't just do that or I will go see a laywer

I ran a credit check on myself over the weekend . Turns out that I have been blacklisted by Cell C on contract that ended in December 2020. I have been trying to get this contract terminated since then with no luck. I have been trying to get 8n tough with the le department of Cell C for almost 48 hours now.. ...nobody answers the phones. I have left numerous messages with operators etc. I was given a number where my account was handed over when I call the company they don't have any details about my account .

All I want to do is clear my name. I am stronly considdering leagl procedings against Cell C for wrongfully blacklisting me.

Cell c i have been trying to get a paid-up letter with no luck every time I call cell c I get told my matter has been escalated to legai I will receive a call within 48 hours of which no one calls back , I have been trying to have this issue resolve with no luck, I have lost count of the calls I made to cell c. i was given an email address from this platform however the email address keeps on bouncing back its not going through, what does it take for one to get a paid up letter from cell c?

Cell C Being Handed over to Attorneys for a Cell C Contract that had been closed 7 months ago

I had 3 cell phone contracts of which 1 expired about 7 months ago. I phoned Cell C and cancelled the expired contract and confirmed that it was a prepaid phone. Since then I have received calls from Shapiro Shaik Attorney that I have been handed over for non payment. I have settled this amount on the 30th of Aug and POP was sent to [protected]@ssda.co.za, then I received another call to say in arrears again. I phoned cell C and explained and was informed that there is yet another amount outstanding (can not be as this was cancelled). On the 5th of November again, I made the payment directly to cell C and sent the POP to them. Today I received yet another call from Shapiro Shaik. I phoned cell C and asked to be put through to the legal department. I spoke to 8 people at cell C, Zokwa Ref no: [protected], Kululewe, Abdul, Kamagelo, Tomeol, Notumupula, linda and then to the manager Tsepo explaining the situation to all, with no resolution. This contract must be cancelled.

Desired outcome: Repay all the money that I had to pay for Cell C's errors and remove the no from my Name. Clear my name at the Attorneys

Cell C sim swop they done on wrong number

Good day on 17.11.2021 I done a sim swop on one of my 4 contract numbers with the customer care department the sim swop I asked for was for [protected] and the person helping me done the sim swop on the number I called from that was [protected]. I send the sim card to my son in Melkbosstrand thinking this is now a sim card for [protected] but needless to say it was not the number as I requested to do the sim swop on. Paid R99 to send the sim card via post net.

I phone cell C customer service to find out how they going to correct their mistake. Best answer I got, we apologize and we are sorry, that's not what I asked for. Resolving their mistake, I now have to go and buy another 2 sim cards and then do 2 sim swops that they wont charge me for and pay another R99 to send the sim card to my son.

Now I have to pay for 3 sim cards and pay again to send the card to my son

Still I need to Understand why I must pay for their mistakes. I would like to know how Cell C is going to resolve my problem

Desired outcome: Need to know if they can send a sim card to my son in Melkbosstrand and to me in Johannesburg free of charge.

Cell C Fraudulent Contract

Good day

My account was debited by Cell C. I thereafter contacted customer care and they stated that I took out a 24 month contract. I have not opened a contract with Cell C and requested a copy of my contract. An unsigned contract was sent to me.

I have sent through an Affidavit and my ID however Cell C continues to debit me. Why when a company opens a contract in your name, YOU should have to prove you did not. It should be the Company that must prove there is a valid contract.

Please sort this out immediately as this is both fraud and an offence in terms of the POPI Act.
