I hope you will assist me in this matter.
I had an account with Cell C, in 2024 I had financial difficulties. I couldn't make payments. I made my payment in November 2024 and January 2025, thereafter I requested a settlement amount and they emailed it to me in March 2025. I paid the settlement amount. I called customer care to confirm if they received my payments and the customer Agent requested me to resend the proof of payments for payments allocations and I did. After a few days Nudebt started to call me demanding payments. I was surprised but I forwarded the proof of payment I had at that time and they acknowledged they received it.
Now Nudebt is deducting money from my account December 2025 for payment already made. I need your help in this matter. One of the customer Agent forwarded your contact to my email a few months ago. Now I'm sending this email hoping you will assist me.
I have attached the proof of payments as well as the settlement statement to email corporateaccount@cellc.co.za , and
