Good day, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep frustration with the service we have received from Cell C. We were informed that our query would be addressed within 72 hours, but this timeframe has long passed since we logged our request. We urgently need the lawyer's contact details to resolve this issue.

We need an answer today. If we lose the bid for the property due to this matter, which was settled and paid up about 8 years ago, we will have no choice but to involve our lawyer and go to the press.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

I want a manager to fone me asap I will be going to the ombudsman due to lack of assisting us in our query AND Its A 7 YR OLD QUERY WE WANT ANSWERS APPALING SERVICE ‼‼‼! IT MIGHT NOT BE A FRAUD CASE BUT WE ARE TRYING FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS TO GET YOUR ATTENTION REGARDING OUR URGENT CASE
