Loss of money
My name is Stephenie McCoffin, I ordered online, my order came up to between $28-$31. I changed the pick up location to Bakersfield, CA instead of Delano, CA. Some how it changed back and my order was to be picked up in Delano. I called the Delano and Bakersfield location, and they said, even with receipt, and confirmation number, there's no cancellation, or Refund. Basically I'm just out of luck and money. I'm in law school, I have no income, so the little money hustle for, it hurts to basically get robbed for it. My email and number is [protected]

Desired outcome: My money back, or my food from Bakersfield location. Anything is better than nothing.

one Angus Burger,
no Cheese, Extra Raw Onion, Extra Tomato, Extra Lettuce, No sauce (Dry).
one Medium French Fries.
I asked that the order be repeated back to me.
Complaint:
Burger patty was barely warm, meat dry (not freshly cooked) (maybe re-heated?). There were no onion or pickles at all on the burger.
Fries were barely warm, dry, shriveled, overcooked, extra salty.
Old waffle fries were mixed into the french fries!
I was charged twice ($.35 + $.35) for two extra tomato slices.
(Burger comes with two slices of tomato.)
