We went to Carls Jr located at 145 N. Tustin St in Orange, CA on 7/11/23. We were going to order some burritos and my wife was already standing next to the cashier. Both employees were busy doing something but I asked the male employee standing in front of us for the code to the restroom. I have a prostate issue and I'm not able to hold on too long when I have to urinate. The man first ignored me but when I asked again he rudley replied by stating "just a minute". I walked away to help me hold my urgency to urinate so my wife asked the female employee and that female employee answered more rude than the other person and said "just a minute". Both me and my wife were dressed up appropriately and we did not have any intention to just use their facility without buying anything.
This experience made me to swear not to buy anything from any Carls Jr and I will discourage anyone that I know to patronize this fast food place.
