I exited the freeway because I saw Carl's Jr and I love the double jalapeno. I pulled up to the drive-thru waited on my turn order to double cheeseburger and the waiter asked me to pull forward I said pull forward just for one cheeseburger I found myself sitting there for 10 or 15 minutes or more he finally Rock The Burger out I said why did it take so long he said we were backed up I saw I said I saw other cars pulling up and pulling off with their orders he said sorry and walked away I proceeded to drive away open the sandwich took a bite and it was cold I closed it up drove back to the drive-thru waited on my turn pulled to the window and I said I would like a refund this is close the same waiter said we don't do refunds and we don't do exchanges and slam the window in my face I got my receipt and can't call the manager said you all will not sell another m************ hamburger today until I get my money the lady came to the window said she apologized for the way the man treated me and said no one should be treated like that she made a phone call and got authorization to give me a refund I pulled away and I placed a complaint against the stupid jerk they treated me horribly bad for no reason..
Desired outcome: The other lady apologize for her coworkers
