Carl's Jr.

On 6.1.2023 at 6:55 PM I went to the Kingsburg California location, went through the drive thru. I told the employee (girl) that was working the drive thru that I had 2 coupons and I was going to be using. After that, she said ok, go ahead. So I placed the first part of order and when I was starting with the second part she then told me it's only 1 coupon through drive thru, ok so I went in.

As I'm walking in the store the is a gentlemen standing up from and I told him I was placing an order and trying to use coupons. He then tells me that is the way to do it. Only 1 coupon through drive thru due to car times and keeping them low. Then I said that is crazy, I worked for Carl's jr and that is the first I've heard of that. But then he was charging me twice for 1 order and then do another order for the second coupon. So I asked I'm inside why is it 2 orders again, that was the point of going into the store. Then he wanted to have an attitude with me and he forgot my 3 crunch chicken tacos with the spicy chickens I wanted. Then he adds to order and does 3 soft chicken tacos. So I made him aware of the mistake and he wanted to say I was not clear, believe me I was I said it twice inside and once in drive thru. He then tells me he would need to refund my money and re-due the order. So I asked for the manager, which I didn't know he was because he didn't have a name tag and wasn't clean shaved and was presentable and unprofessional. So then I asked him for the name of the district manager, he says right there. Didn't show me or give me a card with info. This was very unprofessionalism and bad for business.

Went to Carl's Jr. in Kingsburg Ca. Feb 6th 2016. Ordered a Taco salad and a Turkey burger. The meat and beans in the salad was cold and the cheese on top tasted like fake cheese. The turkey burger was too salty and it looked different than the ones we've had before. If this is any indication of the rest of your menu, we won't be coming back, any time soon. Maybe the rise of the minimum wage has something to do with this.
