At 10:25 pm on May 5,2023 on 2727 Santa Monica Blvd; I drove through the drive through with my father whom I had just picked up from the hospital, he ordered from the back seat window, explained that he had trouble hearing and proceeded to order. The cashier taking the order rudely yelled back while impatiently taking his order. As we arrived to the window, not only did my father, partner and I saw were your employees laughing and talking about the situation that just occurred. I apologized on behalf of my father and they proceeded to be rude. Very disappointing seeing as we live next door.
