Carl's Jr.

Me and my wife were craving the signature taste of Carl's Jr. Charbroiled beef patties. Knowing we're low on funds and even though we should save for her birthday march 1st... We said ahh shucks let's go drive roughly 20 miles from our house to indulge. We arive and order 2 all star combos and add jalapeno poppers and onion rings addinonaly with coupons. I ask may we add an additional pattie to our doubles? The cashier says no they can not. (ok I guesse Carl's Jr doesn't want more of my money I thought)
As I said ok that's fine may I have a side of your signature bbq sauce? "sure" they say. Seconds latter we are handed our one bag. We ask is everything in here? "yeah, yeah it's all in there" they assure.

We arive home and realize there are no fries and the signature sauce definitely isn't signature sauce.

So I call Carl's Jr to tell them that I have been shorted and how am I gonna be compensated perhaps another 2 burger; that third pattie you did not want to allows us to add.

Perhaps you could add 2 cheese burgers for free for having to waste $15 or so in gas?"The manager... or"person in charge"said"no sir I can only give you the 2 bags of fries we forgot. Were sorry accidents happen, we made a mistake"So I retort"right but because of your mistake after we specifically asked is everything in the bag and you saying yes ; you have now costed me upwards a quarter tank in gas I feel we should be compensated", I continued;"If you can't further compensate me with more food than what I initially drove and paid for and did not get than I'm gonna have to call corporate."The"person in charge"said:"well do what you gotta do""ok can I get you name?"I asked.

To Wich she just repeated"do what you gotta do"and then hung up on me.

I attempted to call back:..."the person in charge"

But they were just to darn busy to answer.

I called the corporate # left a message with my wife as well. We are profoundly upset with Carl's Jr. And could just season our own charbroiled burgers at home from now on if you guys don't care to respond.
