Carl's Jr. - Being told that I have to have ice in my cup

July 4th I went to the Carl's juniors in Elk Grove on Sheldon road I proceeded to order three kids star meals with the strawberry lemonade I asked for it to be without ice I was told that I could not order a drink without ice and when I said well I don't want ice then I will succeed to be told by the manager then that I couldn't have my order when I asked since when do I have to customer have to have ice in their cup he told me it was company policy that every customer has to have ice in their cup when I said can I see the policy he said no it's in the store and when I asked for the district manager's number he gave me a phony number

Desired outcome: I left and proceeded to look for number to file my complaint
