Burger King items on menu and understaffed at bronx location

At the drive thu and seen the French toast sandwich which looked so good. Went to order and was told it's discontinued which really upset me. If it's no longer available it shouldn't be advertised. And the worker working that day was working drive thu and the register inside the store which delayed my time ordering. Burger King needs to improve on speed of service and advertising.

Burger King service/staff

I have had serveral unpleasant experience at that location. After having been told several time I had to place my order inside, they were not taking orders at the order station. I questioned a reason why and was told" They have two people working and I'm not going to be running back and forth. I drove around to the pay window and explained sometimes that not possible if you have a disabled child in the car. Left and went on to McD's. Today my son ask to put up the two whopper special and I ordered a value fry for my daugther. I was able to place my order at the order station, I thought OK, we got it back together. Paid and got my bag, there wasn't thank you or anything, that's fine. Dropped the whoppers off to my son and hopped on the ferry headed home. Give my daugther the fries that were burned. She can't complain and I picked the worst out and she eat the rest. My son called to say both his whopper meats were burned. Asked did I complain before I placed his order. I told him no that had happened a few weeks ago. But I had to address the service there. I have read serveral really bad reviews on this Burger King, so I am not sure if mine will make a difference, but I had a need to let a higher up know. I live on the West bank and my Burger King in the 4300 block of Gen DeGaulle is always a pleasant experience, no matter how busy. I am not related to any body there, they are just nice any time I go. Maybe they can be a pattern of how to get and keep customers. My very first job was at Burger King in 1969, so I enjoy the flamed grilled burger and a customer for life just NOT that one ever again.

Burger King drive through service

My order #87 for BK #7553. The order was taken incorrectly. I ordered a club salad with grilled chicken. The young lady did not speak clearly and did not take the order correctly. At the time of pick up I was given a garden salad with crispy chicken. I was not able to return the food as I was already running late since they took to long to serve me.

Burger King impossible whopper

At lunch today I tried the Impossible Whopper. I have enjoyed other vegie burgers but the one I had today was not appetising. It was dry and after each bite there was a taste that wasn't quite good. I felt the extra dollar I spent over the price of regular Whopper was not a good value.
I tried to complete a survey but it said BK had collecteed all it needed for this time period. I simply wanted you to know the impossible whopper will not be a hit.

Burger King bad management and bad workers

I got a call back last night for interview at the greencastle ind burger king. The manager crystal told me to come in today for the interview. So I went in today and the manager who I was and that I had interview. Well she completely ignored me and talked to another woman who was starting today. Well I waited up at the front counter. Then another worker proceeded to walk in with ugly nasty tattoos on her arm that was very visible to see. She asked the other other woman if she got help but not me. Another worker wasn't doing absolutely nothing and playing on her phone gave me the hatefulls look ever. So then after that fiasco I sat down to wait for the manager to interview me and still nothing. So I left. I recommend if you live around greencastle or in greencastle ind dont go there! There was nothing cooked at all there. That place is filled is very hate filled and lazy and racist individuals! I'm never going there again as long as I live in this community!

Burger King non-fulfillment and non-delivery of in-app purchased item

I was hungry and in the mood for a whopper and only have it at Burguer King, I checked the opening hours on the BK App and see that the service on the drive was until 12 am, I made the purchase by the BK App and went to shop to pick up there were 4 orders of 4 whopper and arriving at the store we clicked that i'm here, there were people inside the store and they signaled that the store was closed and i showed the cell phone and said it would be a phone order and we were simply ignored and conclusion so as not to get hungry we went to the Mcdonalds store opposite. This is absurd and I hope they will take action because I did not receive what I bought.

Burger King service and food

I have a Burger King in Potsdam and Massena NY. I eat at both. I have not had issues at the Massena one. On the other hand have had Multiple issues with the Potsdam one

Once I ordered a Burger King and 2 tacos no sauce. The Burger King was very cold and tough like it was sitting for over hours.

Another time I ordered 10 tacos 5 with no sauce not only did it take 15 minutes or more. All tacos had sauce when I got home

Today the reason I am finally complaining I ordered a Burger King with 2 tacos. The Burger King has no bacon.

I also ordered on the evening 6 tacos and had to wait 10-15 minutes again. This time the tacos weee ok but I didn't get any napkins in bag and while eating one and driving some sauce and meat fell on my pants and I couldn't even wipe it up.

Just very disappointed with this Burger King.

I do want to say there have been a few evenings when a very nice young man is working that I get the best service.

Burger King grilled chicken sandwich, and several other products.

The customer service is horrible, the manager needs some training as well other staff. As a manager myself, I couldn't believe this is continuing to happen. If there's a problem that's a managers job to fix it, happy customers. It's sad we keep coming back trying it and hoping it gets better but it doesn't. Please corporate or franchise owner help our Woodburn Burger King we miss our Whoppers and grilled chicken sandwiches, the fries and shakes.

Burger King closing times

We arrived at 9:45pm they are supposed to shut down at 10:00pm. We waited in line about 5 min when they said sorry we are closing down! 10 min before the closing time and chased off about 5-6 of your customers! I really love your company and what you stand for! I've traveled the world and ate at different locations of your company and I would love to keep being your customer and I don't think that this is not the way to keep your customers! I have never been told to leave before closing time in any fast food joint ...

Burger King frozen coffee and customer service

I went thru the drive thru window and they allowed me to order frozen coffees but couldn't hear me for some reason thru the intercom. So I went inside then they said hey don't make frozen coffees this late and it's only 1:53 pm. They were rude and so was the manager. I asked why all the other burger Kings make them at any time and they told me to bring my [censored] to that location then asked for who was next in line to cut me off. I had my 12 yr old with me and it was not professional at all.

Burger King I am complaining about the service at burger king. I just wanted 3 pancakes for $.88.

Recently, I went to Burger King to buy some pancakes. My son comes back, and states that he was told the pancakes would be almost $5.00. Mindless to say we were disappointed by this announcement. I feel places like Burger King should let customers know when they make a decision that effects consumers. You never know when a customer is gonna really want a couple of hot, pancakes for breakfast.

Burger King my order, rudeness of person taking care of me

When I pulled up to the drive thru window I wasn't greeted, worker said "order" so I ordered, they he said you finished, I said yes that's all, I sat there waiting to be told my total then I hear a loud "pull ‘round" uggg... like I was bothering him. I couldn't hear what my total was because he either didn't say it or wasn't loud enough, I never got a receipt. But I got wrong order, my kids wanted crispy chicken sandwiches plain, they gave me spicy chicken sandwiches plain, my poor kids mouths were burning, so I have little kids and can't just pick up and run back out, they were hungry, so I had to give them peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for dinner, this is uncalled for. People not listening, not doing there job. He never repeated my order to me an i didn't have a recipe to refer back to either. Just a waste of my time and money. Hire people who care.
I'm sure I won't be visiting Burger King for long long time. Plus the first Burger King I visited was out of the plain Crispy Chicken Sandwiches :(

Burger King wait time is unacceptable! I am currently sitting in a line at the outside window and have been waiting now for 35 minutes just to get my order taken!

Date of wait at location was 9/6/2019
Time was from 4pm to about 4:45.
I was told that my receipt was in the bag but upon arriving home...none was provided
There was also no way to order from the speakers. Customers had to drive up to the window and give their orders.
Once at the window..I find that an item still on the menu is no longer available##!
Why have a discontinued item still located on the menu board?
We also had to drive OUT OF THE LOT, go back in and wait another 15 minutes for the guy to bring out our order to the car.
AND IT WAS STILL FILLED INCORRECTLY!÷

I am highly disappointed in this particular locations service...something really needs to be done about it.
Either get it together or close it down and open a REAL Burger King in the Jefferson/Chalmers area of Detroit!

Burger King employee

I usually only give positive feedback however in this case I have to write a complaint.
Employee Daniel was very nice and fast and good at his job but his fingernails were extremely dirty to where they were black under all the nails and to top it off they were actually long. It was so bad that I lost my appetite. I kindly asked his name as I was leaving the drive thru and he was pleased to offer it and we told one another to have a good day. I don't understand why the manager wouldn't say something to him about it but apparently no one has. My visit was on 9/3/19 around 5:30pm. Thank you for your time.

Burger King staff and refund complaint

I used the BK app and they told me there was a problem with my payment. They then gave me the option to close or to try again. I didn't want them charging me extra so I closed and then cleared the app. Literally 2 minutes later they charged my card anyways. So I go up to the location to pick it up and they did not see my order so they started helping other people. Without solving my issues. When I first walked in. They looked me up and down and did not greet me whatsoever . So I called corporate and they were rude as well. None of them tried to help me even though I showed the proof that my card was charged.

Burger King service and product.

Had me sitting in drive thru line for 20 mins and then didn't give me a receipt so I could properly complain. They took 20 mins on one persons order instead of asking them to pull around to the front. Had my food sitting and everyone else waiting. The service wasn't food and took way to long for 2 burgers, no fries or drinks or anything like that... unsatisfied

Burger King service and food

Two weeks ago I entered this Burger King in Longwood Florida there were only three people on a Saturday afternoon at lunchtime . I ordered two double hamburgers with no mustard 27 minutes later I received my order the buns were hard and lo and behold there were mustard on these burgers . I asked them to remake them and watched as to what appeared to be a shift manager rand the entire burger board in the back . All the times were piled up in one pile and she continuously yelled at the girl at the counter . Absolutely horrific burgers and horrific service the owner should be ashamed that they are not there on a Saturday afternoon to help with the crowds . I went to the website put my receipt information in no one bothered to call me from Burger King Corporation or from this local restaurant . Burger King I will tell all of my friends and family about the horrible service and product you're putting out at this Longwood Florida Burger King . The corporation should be ashamed of themselves no wonder McDonnald's have surpassed them many many years ago

Burger King drive through pavement

I went to Burger King yesterday and through the drive-thru there was big potholes and my tire went way down in it and I almost got stuck. This needs to be taken care of if the front end of my car needs to be aligned I'm going to complain even more and I'm going to tell everyone not to visit your business. I like Burger King but I don't like the fact that it's going to damage my vehicle. I complained at the window and the lady said to me that she was just an employee she was nothing she could do about it. Burger King fraud

This is the second time in the past year and a half that this happens to me. The first time I ordered food through drive through, I paid with my credit card and it took them a while to return my card and then a couple days later I seen fraudulent purchases made from that same card I had used. It's been a while since I've been back and same thing, I went to the drive through on Labor Day and this time they gave me my card back right away. Now I go check my bank statements and again fraudulent purchases made. Burger King was the last purchase I had made and then started seeing these fraudulent purchases, same thing happened the last time. Burger King was the last purchase I had made and that's when the fraudulent purchases started. Might be a coincidence, might not but someone needs to go investigate.

Burger King bkexperience.com

I had a nice meal there. Then I tried to file out the questions on the web site The first question was " Store number". The printed tape was defective so the receipt only showed the first and last digit. I phoned them and learned that it was 2481.
The next question was "Survey Code". Again, two digits were missing. If I had more time, I could start guessing through the 100 possibilities. I don't have time for this exercise.

This is a consistent error. If the clerk were to glance at the receipt, it is obvious. The missing columns were black for the entire length of of the foot long receipt.
