August 28th at roughly 5:00pm I went through the drive through to order 4 Whoppers for my son and I. My wife has terminal brain cancer and had a girls night that night so my son and I got takeout. When I got home and bit into my first Whopper I tried pulling bite away but there was 4 inches of a 12 inch Black thick hair in my mouth and my burger. Now my son and I are blonde and my wife has no hair but was blonde before so didn't come from us! Disgusting and disappointed

Thurs, Aug 29th, around 10:05, I walked in to get a impossible whopper (very tasty), and once my order was ready, the lady working cashier escorted me outside, which I found odd since the websitr said open until 11, aaaand other diners were still eating. Tonight I went for burgers and your new tacos at our local BK on route 1 and Major Rd junction.
I do not complain at all, but I feel that the food I received from this takeaway was worth complaining about.
Firstly, the tacos were disgusting. I bought four of them for all of us to try, and we all took one bite and discarded them in the trash. The meat tasted like cat food smells and the taco was so hard it hurt our teeth just biting into them.
The burgers were dry and tasteless.
I feel the food had been sat around for a while prior to my purchase.
I am not looking for reimbursement, I feel that this chain needs scrutiny by yourselves as I will not be using this one again.
I have not had this issue at other BKs further away.
Sorry for complaining, but I feel you need to correct the issues at this BK before someone gets food poisoning. And yes, I think this could happen from this shop.

On August 28, 2019, I attended this BK drive thru location. I ordered 2 whopper meals and wanted 2 additional whoppers. I asked to use my coupon ‘buy 1 get 1 free'. I was told to drive to window. I attempted to give him (I believe he was the manager) my coupon & was told it wasn't necessary. I then questioned him about my total & was told he gave me a promo 2 whoppers for $7. Again I told him I wanted to use my coupon. Finally he adjusted the price & took my coupon, making the 2 whoppers $6.49 rather than $7. It's not about the 50 cents but rather why he didn't take my coupon in the 1st place? Why did he want to charge me more? I was so upset and aggravated at this mans persistence of selling me 2 whoppers for $7 rather than honouring the coupon!

I just got a whopper meal with a promotion I saw in the newspaper. Tonight on my punch break I went to the Lee Rd location located in Lithia Springs, GA. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru line before I even ordered. When I finally my food I drive down the street, out of the way I opened my sandwich and the sandwich cold. Using Bing as my search engine gives me redeemable reward points for a variety of things. One is a $5 off at Burger king. I live on the Illinois- Indiana border and I have gone to 3 Burger Kings in Illinois and 2 in Indiana and they have never heard of these e-rewards and keep telling me I need a rewards card. There is no card. You are supposed to show them either on your phone or a piece of paper, the code numbers that they scan. I've been bounced back and forth by Microsoft to a separate company who handles the rewards, and the burger King rewards department. One store I went into in Dyer, Indiana at 10:30 a.m. had a black woman manager who was so rude and dismissive for no apparent reason other than the fact that I am white, that I decided to not buy anything . In fact, I'll never go to Burger King again. How could someone like her be hired as a manager. When I was younger in the late 70's, I managed KFCs, Pizza Huts and Color-Tile stores and went on to be part owner and manager in a Piper's Wallpaper and Paint store in Evergreen Park, Illinois. I have Associates in Business and multi-craft maintenance tech. I designed in 1974 the removable patio enclosures for all the Kmarts in Illinois. As someone who has served the buying public for decades, I cannot believe that any company large or small would hire such ignorant and vile people to represent them. Blacks don't kmow how to act in society. They will cost you in lost business and theft. When blacks moved into Harvey, illinois and started destroying it as thay always do, the Macdonalds actually had to close for those reasons and the violence every day and night. I'll tell my friends to never go to that Burger King in Dyer. I am spreading the fact that these ignorant and white hating blacks will not be allowed to spew their racism towards white people in that store. I didn't deserve to be treated that way. I also went to the village hall and expressed my concern to the clerk. If you fall for this affirmative action nonsense, just to get some tax breaks, you will be sorry. Be more selective in you choosing of store management personal. They are the face of your company. I will never set foot in a Burger King again.

This location closes 15 to 30 minutes early 4 out of 7 nights a week if not more. They say they are out of food or always have an excuse as to why we cannot order. Or they take forever to serve cold and burnt food. The workers are rude and unprofessional. This is the worst location in Memphis. I'm not sure who the manager is or owner but they don't seem to care too much about how their company is ran.
