My family was in Burger King to eat 9-15-20 at 5:00pm dining in. When we walked in there was water all over the floor, my child almost fell from all of the standing water. We ordered and waited almost 40 minutes before I went up to cancel our order and ask for a refund. As I was waiting for our refund, multiple other customers were in the drive thru requesting refunds as well. There was another person who came in with children to return food that was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The young lady that came to do our refund said there ya go refund in full and walked away. I looked at my bank account and I've been deducted for our meal twice, I have not seen a refund come through but a deduction now twice for the amount of $29.37. Attached is a receipt.
Burger King - employee
I went into Burger king with my 9 year old daughter and saw an Employee (who is a manager apparently) vaping in the store. This is unacceptable I do not want ppl vaping around my food and especially around my daughter when we just want a quick meal. I want that employee fired or at least demoted he should not be a manager. And vaping in an establishment around food is not ok. The employees name was Logan. At least that's what his name tag said. He has dark hair and is about 5'8 or 5'9
