I used the BK app and they told me there was a problem with my payment. They then gave me the option to close or to try again. I didn't want them charging me extra so I closed and then cleared the app. Literally 2 minutes later they charged my card anyways. So I go up to the location to pick it up and they did not see my order so they started helping other people. Without solving my issues. When I first walked in. They looked me up and down and did not greet me whatsoever . So I called corporate and they were rude as well. None of them tried to help me even though I showed the proof that my card was charged.
