On 9/2/19 around 10pm I sent my son to store 6766 on Canton Mart Road because I was ill and couldn't go myself to get an Impossible Burger combo, easy on the mayo, add mustard with onion rings instead of fries. You are a business that caters to children. How is it that the Ottumwa Iowa Burger King has no changing table? I had to change my child on the floor of the playground, which is most likely a health code violation. Next time I'll use the front counter, maybe then you'll see fit to add a changing table in the bathroom. I understand that an irresponsible parent allowed her child to fall from one in the past, that is no reason to make everyone else suffer for her stupidity. It's 2019, there should be one in the men's bathroom, too. Instead, I guess I'll have to go to McDonald's until you decide to install one.

Tacos
Your new Tacos are a flop because they are made WAY to far ahead of time and the sit in their sleeve on a warming holder and the shells get super hard and greese soaked and end up tasting stale. The meat is OK (except the grease soaks throught the shell making the bottom 1/3 soak through). The cheese and lettice by the time of sale has shrunk and shrivled until it is untastible and almost unseen. It turns into goo.
Will you please assign a cook to make Tacos as needed? It literally takes 10 seconds.
How could you get such a pleasing easy food item SO WRONG?!?
Something tells me that if you observe your employees, when theuy make on for themselves, they make them fresh! I am also quite certain that the employees leave them in the ready warming tray FAR too long. Please fix this product - I love tacos and the price is right.

no survey code at the bottom of the receipt to complete a survey of the service and conditions of the restaurant.
On 08/31/2019 at 6:28PM I purchased for the first time the BK IMPOSSIBLE Whopper burger meal (Large). I enjoyed and wanted to complete the the BK survey. However, when I got home noticed there was not survey code on the bottom of my receipt as shown on the example online at visit to the site: WWW.MYBKEXPERIENCE.COM. I am heart broken. I would like to compliment the great service I received.
food handling
I ordered my food then noticed the person making burgers using their cell phone while making burgers so I got a refund. The person had on gloves but was also using their phone while making the food. The manager camnover and refunded my money for my order and apologized for the worker using his cell phone while working. I did not witness any reprimand of the employee but the manager walked to the back near the workers when I was leaving.
tacos
My husband came home with 4 tacos from Burger King. I went to the BK that made them. The tacos were so dry the meat looked like bacon bits, the cheese look like it had been sitting on there forever and the sides of the shells were soaked with grease. I told them I wanted fresh tacos. I waited. They pulled the tacos out of a heated drawer, the tacos were on a rack on after the other. I took the "fresh" tacos they had just given me out of the packaging and these looked the same as the tacos I turned in to them. I asked them, you actually serve this to human beings? The Supervisor said "If they buy them." The store manager said "that is the way the company wants us to serve them (tacos)."

I've tried the tacos twice and both times they were very hard and not much ingredients. The meat has a good flavor but, everything else is a mess. The shell looks like it's been soaking in grease . I think the servers need to learn how to make them correctly. It just looks like a flat shell with grease. Thought you would like to know so it can be changed. Thank You
closing early
I came to Burger king at 1140pm...sat at the drive thru speaker for 9 minutes with NO ONE willing to even acknowledge I was even out there. Finally I just said out loud are y'all closed about a minute later I got the response from a young female "yeah we is" I replied I thought you all close at 12a.m ..the reply was "we ain't got no meat on the griller so we is closed". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I am very pissed about this.

Charged for extra sauce
First of all I did not receive my receipt it was not handed to me. I check my bag when I got home no receipt. Also I ordered 3 meals and only got 2 fries, missing 1 fry. Also when did Burger King start charging when you request extra sauce that is ridiculous. I spend $22 and I asked for 2 more sauce and they said have to charge you extra 28 cents for each one. That is really wrong.

I went to have lunch at this store and noticed about half a dozen flies. I told the manager about this and his comment was that it happens because when the doors open they fly in. He did not express concern or make any attempt to remedy the situation. This is disgusting - both the flies and the nonchalant attitude of the manager. I plan to stay away from this particular location.
