I've been to the new McCormick South Carolina Burger King two times both experiences have been lousy. First time we had argue over the price because it didn't match the sign hanging on the wall they acted like we were crazy. Second time apparently the speakers aren't working I tried both lines I finally pulled up nobody came to the window I sat in line behind another car for 5 minutes and gave up and left if they expect to have my business in McCormick they need to improve their service

Sitting down to enjoy breakfast with my father-in-law when woman walks from behind the counter and brings a folded piece of paper up and puts it on the table in front of me. To my shock and all it was her phone number! First off that is very unprofessional and rude considering I'm a married man with a wedding ring on my finger. I am a regular customer at burger king at 1721 street road bensalem pa 19020; this is not the first it happened it is a third time? I normally come by night time by a drive-thru? Firstly the order taker is so stressed that he cannot take the order properly? I always tell them in my burgers (no bacon, no tomato, no pickles). So I went back to the branch and showed to the window service guy? He checked it and apologize? I told him why the order was not taken properly? He simply apologized and did not care? And was kind in a hurry? I asked him no refunds and asked him to give me small fries instead so he gave it to me? He also told me to make a new sandwich? But I refused. The point is this how can I trust the order taker and the person making the burger to avoid things I don't want in my burger? Previously also I had thrown twice the whopper and did not ask any refunds? This branch night staff is not paying attention to their job? Just taking the orders very roughly? No customer service at all? I am not a complainer but today I felt like to express all my concerns to you? I am not going to buy from this store? Until someone assures me to have the burger without bacon pieces? It cost me money plus inconvenience from this branch and seriously they don't really care. Kindly do something about this? I witnessed a manager at this location being very road to multiple employees, a few minutes later he threw the rays across the kitchen because he messed up the order and had to fix it again. Please know this is the dirtiest BK I have visited. From the air vents, tables, floors bathrooms and Beverage area to the walls. Staff with long calypso braids working on the meals without hairnets. It was 11:44 as I rolled into Ankenys Oralabor Road Burger King Store, I saw someone in the driveway so assumed they must be open. After waiting for 6 mins and asking hello multiple times I pulled up to the window to see employees hiding and trying to avoid being seen by me or just acting like I didn't exist. I then proceeded to the 1st Street BK in Ankeny only to see they were already closed at 11:55, when both stores clearly boast midnight closing times. Having worked in the food industries for years I've never seen any places close before their allotted time until new management or something took over these two stores. It's ridiculous to just get off work around 11:30, try to go get some food at a place that SHOULD BE open, only to find their [censored] employees showing what minimum wage is all about. Congrats on your [censored]ty workers.

I called and called this Burger King multiple times after I received a raw burger and no one responded! They also forgot the applesauce that I had paid for! It's too late to go back up there because they are closed! The two girls were laughing and giggling over the intercom and kinda toss my food into my car window after waiting over 20 minutes for it! I was not pleased at all!
