no information on receipt for survey
I recently visited one of your establishments on 10/31/2019 and had a pleasant interaction at the register. However that would all change once I arrived at home. I was planning on doing the survey on the reciept but when I got home the reciept was missing all of the information except for the Survey Code. Now I can't do the survey. If your stores could print the correct information on the reciepts so that others won'thave to go through this. So in the end I can't do the survey, which means no free Whopper.

I walked in to your mt. Vernon rd location in cedar rapids ia. The lobby was empty of customers but messy while an employee trudged around so i decided to get my food to go. When k went to place an order there was a female employee who halway greeted me with a rude tone. She had scratches up and down her arm. I placed my order and stepped back to wait for the togo food. Today we ordered Burger King through Grab promotion after opening while having the same we have found a piece of plastic in side the burger. This is not exceptable it could have been dangerous to us.

This is a picture of the Whopper Sandwich I received from the Burger King on Hwy 14 in Greer SC. I ordered it just as it comes, no extra mayo or cheese. I will never eat at this restaurant again. I threw the burger in the trash. This a new Burger King too. I don't want anything out of this, but it is not good for your brand to be serving food to people like this. I hope they haven't given food like this to other people.
restaurant general manager, was rude and I witnessed him reprimand a crew member in front of everyone.
My wife and I were getting lunch, the manager belittled and got into the personable space of a crew member. He yelled and acted like he was a king and his crew member was just a teenager. This particular Burger King is ALWAYS slow. I've sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before my order is taken and I've also been inside and waited over 20 minutes to receive my order. The staff from management to other workers are either playing, complaining, or saying inappropriate things that should not be said in front of customers.
There needs to be additional training for management and all staff or the store should be closed. I should not have to wait 20-30 minutes for a "fast food" order.
