On saturday, november 2, 2019, my daughter, my grandson, my daughter's girlfriend, and myself went thru the drive thru at burger king located in cecilia, ky. It's hard for me to talk due to having a trach, so my daughter's girlfriend went to place the order. She had ordered for two of us and the employee said, "is that all?" my daughter's girlfriend said, "no just a minute." the employee said, "what the [censored] did you say to me?" the girlfriend started saying, "now wait, all I said was no, i'm not done." then the manager got on and finished our order. Got the food, got home, which is five minutes away, and all of the food was and nasty. Now, something should be done to this girl that said that filth to us. An employee does not talk that way to anyone! She should be terminated and I will never eat at burger king again!

Told the manager I probably couldn't make it back the same day she said fine so it's been a week later and I asked if you could just put it towards an order of onion rings and I would pay the difference. Went through the drive through on Saturday Nov. 2 at 11:08. Location was 1448 north 48th street Lincoln NE. 68504. # 402-466-6967. Order #87. I ordered on spicy chicken Jr. And one regular chicken Jr. They both had tasted like they were left out. The buns were hard and stale. The sauce was clumpy and gross. Both burgers didn't even feel warm. My brothers are them anyways but that was very poor service. Would like a free meal of my meal. The service was terrible ... manager appeared to be a frustrated unprofessional unhappy person. The food was cold the restaurant was nasty ...I waited where people that ordered after me got their food ... the flies made being on the inside deplorable. I'm sure if the food inspectors came ... this restaurant would not have passed... I will never go back .

I went to the Carbondale Pennsylvania store today & who was the cashier did not know the definition of customer service. She was rude, didn't listen & consistently kept complaining about personal things & who her replacement was to customers & in front of customers. Had to wait almost 20 min. no information on receipt for survey
I recently visited one of your establishments on 10/31/2019 and had a pleasant interaction at the register. However that would all change once I arrived at home. I was planning on doing the survey on the reciept but when I got home the reciept was missing all of the information except for the Survey Code. Now I can't do the survey. If your stores could print the correct information on the reciepts so that others won'thave to go through this. So in the end I can't do the survey, which means no free Whopper.
