11/03/2019, went to restaurant to get meal as we was driving back home to Orlando. Went inside hoping that order would be more correct than drive thru. Obviously that was far from the truth. Meal wrong. As we was traveling, to turn around was completely out of the question, we called the store seeking a refund. Was told by manager on duty he could not issue refund, that we would have to go back to the store. Or he would have the manager call us this morning. NO CALL RECEIVED. So being Burger King was a place that once valued it's customers with "Have it your way" has greatly let me down. Seeking a complete refund of money.
