I went thur the drive thur between 4:30 or 5:00 pm on Sunday November 3... Employee who Anwser the drive thur took a little longer to anwser it ...the cashier from the window was really rude...i had 2 combos and chicken nuggetsgets... I ask her for a bag because ther was to many items on my bag and she say that i had to pay 25 ¢ which don't make no sense because is 1 combo for each bag ...one of my buger wasnt made right so i pull to the front went inside the store and i told the cashier(alexis) that my buger wasnt made right and i ask her to redo my burger ...she gave a attitude about it ask me twice if i want i just wanted to just put what they forgot to put n i say no, i told her that i want it to be redo she told the people to redo it when i got my buger didn't give no bag at all ...she told another employee to give the buger with no bag...by time that i got home i saw that the chicken nuggets wasn't all cook...i dont leave around the area so i couldn't go back...alexis need to get retrain so she can lear some costumer service...and who ever was or the frier need to get retrain to ...the uncooked chicken nuggets was for my 1year old daughter..it is really unsafe... my daughter could have got sick if she would have ate the chicken nuggets... I would like a refund if it is possible..
