Date of incident 12-22-2022 at 2:30 p.m.
I ordered a whopper junior with cheese at the menu screen,
The sales person took my money and I waited (5) minutes while the manager was changing money drawer in the till for my sandwich. The sale person was a tall Black man estimated to be 6'-2" and 275 pounds, handed me the sandwich, I immediately noticed it was the wrong sandwich so I tapped on the glass door. He turn around open the glass door and before I could explain that he gave me the wrong sandwich, he exploded in verbal attack. He threated me that I could have waited until he turned around. He continue to verbally attack me so I gave him the sandwich and drove away with out my Whopper Junior with Cheese. As I pulled away I thought I would return to discuss with the manager and this employee about his conduct, but as I could see the manager standing behind she was very scared, so I decided to leave with out causing a further issue.
Desired outcome: I would like my money back.

I ordered tater tots and the asst manager waited on me at the drive through window. He failed to give me a napkin so I had to ask he was agitated so I said I shouldn't have to ask a manager for a napkin. He grunted at me. I'm not happy.. he trains his employees to suggest he take a few lessons himself..no one should order food and have to ask for napkins.. it was 11 4 2019 at 3:32 pm
