I walked in to your mt. Vernon rd location in cedar rapids ia. The lobby was empty of customers but messy while an employee trudged around so i decided to get my food to go. When k went to place an order there was a female employee who halway greeted me with a rude tone. She had scratches up and down her arm. I placed my order and stepped back to wait for the togo food. As im watching in your kitchen area where they make the sandwiches is a young gentleman with his pants sagging that he keeps pulling up with his gloves and still making sandwiches. Wiping sweat off his foregead and continulously making customers food. The manager jamie seemed perfectly content with the service, the cleanliness and how his employees appearence is and how they make food after digging in their pants and wiping sweat off found this all quite disturbing myself

Today we ordered Burger King through Grab promotion after opening while having the same we have found a piece of plastic in side the burger. This is not exceptable it could have been dangerous to us.
With this I'm sending you the picture of the burger and the piece of plastic.
I would like to know what will be the precaution and how you will make sure that this will not happened again.

This is a picture of the Whopper Sandwich I received from the Burger King on Hwy 14 in Greer SC. I ordered it just as it comes, no extra mayo or cheese. I will never eat at this restaurant again. I threw the burger in the trash. This a new Burger King too. I don't want anything out of this, but it is not good for your brand to be serving food to people like this. I hope they haven't given food like this to other people.
restaurant general manager, was rude and I witnessed him reprimand a crew member in front of everyone.
My wife and I were getting lunch, the manager belittled and got into the personable space of a crew member. He yelled and acted like he was a king and his crew member was just a teenager. I understand correcting team members, but he could have taken the young man into the office. The young man wad clearly upset and I witnessed the manager fire and belittle him.

This particular Burger King is ALWAYS slow. I've sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before my order is taken and I've also been inside and waited over 20 minutes to receive my order. The staff from management to other workers are either playing, complaining, or saying inappropriate things that should not be said in front of customers.
There needs to be additional training for management and all staff or the store should be closed. I should not have to wait 20-30 minutes for a "fast food" order.

Hi, I continuously keep coming back to this restaurant and I don't know why. I usually use the drive through. Everytime I come it's an off time and maybe 1 or 2 cars ahead of me( this time 3 cars) and the wait is ridiculous. Right now I've been waiting 9 minutes which is not very acceptable. When I asked to speak with the manager I could hear the guy laughing saying he's too busy to talk to you about that.
