Ordered a crispy chicken with fries and a coke and a # 12 Bacon and cheese crispy chicken with no mayo. It took 15 min to get the order in drive thru. When I received the #12, the bacon was under down, the chicken breast was luke warm and there was mayonnaise on the bacon. The fries were also under done. Went in to get adress the issue with shift supervisor and they gave a second #12 sandwich with under done bacon on it and was cold. The chicken breast was warm in the middle and cold everywhere else. The shift supervisor then took that sandwich back and got a 3rd sandwich. This time she rudely handed the sandwich to me and walked away. She was also argumentative about fixing the sandwich. In all, it took 30 minutes to get a proper #12 sandwich. And by the time I got this one taken care of, my other sandwich as then completely cold. By the rate of thermal cooling, this sandwich should have been still warm. Over all, 2 sandwiches came out incorrectly, the fries I ordered were under done. This is not what I expected from one of my favorite fast food places and a slogan that states, Have it your way.
Also, there is no store on the receipt.
