i am complaining about that they always mess up my order . for example. earlier i went to get something since i was starving because i couldn't eat all day. i asked for a CHEESEburger. i get home . THEY GAVE ME A NORMAL BURGER . WITH NO CHEESE. call me crazy. but im sick of this bs . this happens too much. this why mcdonalds will always be better than burger king in my opinion. smh.

I order mozzarella sticks and I always have to ask for some marinara sauce because they never give it to me, but when I order them they go "Would you like some marinara sauce" but when they ask me I still do not receive any sauce. I just left the drive thru less than 30 minutes ago. My daughter and I went to order. First of all, whoever that person was came on laughing loudly through the speaker. She asked what was the order and my daughter stated that she would like a #1 no cheese. I guess she didn't understand and said cheese? My daughter said no cheese she then proceeds to get flippant. Then makes a statement "we have to walk you through everything to which I said excuse me? She then says but that's ok that's what I am here for. My main problem is what she said. I already said what she said all I am saying is what she said was inappropriate you never tell a customer “I see I have to walk you through everything “ when you say that to someone you in essence saying the person you’re talking to is slow/special. Would you like to have your mom talked to like that? If so, I know what side of the Spectrum you are from.
There are certain responses that are best kept to yourself. I worked in corporate America for over 25 years and there were things that were unacceptable to say out loud even if you were irritated at a person/customer. Remember you chose that profession. A little diplomacy goes a long way along with COMMON SENSE
MY DAUGHTER IS NOW IN FOSTER CARE. I was so angry at them that I beat her up. I told her that we would never go to Burger King again because the employees are stupid and rude. we went to local Burger King at Bridgeport, WV. We ordered Whoopers, one medium whooper and two jr. whoppers. My husband and I along with our children for years have loved your burgers. This visit was terrible My husbands whopper he said was the worst he had ever had. The kitchen staff did NOT get my burger or my sons right, not once but, twice. I reordered they took back my burger and then the second burger was wrong also.

On Thursday night (8:15 pm), 10/17/19, I stopped at the Burger King at the John Fenwick Plaza on the N.J. Turnpike. There were only 4 people ahead of me in line, but the line wasn't really moving. It took a good while for my turn. I placed my order, and when I looked at the receipt, the prices charged were not the posted prices. When I drew that to the attention of the employee, she just shrugged her shoulders, and said she'd never seen anyone, ever, adjust the posted prices, and she just hits the button on the register for the food item, and whatever price comes up, that's the price. When I asked about speaking with the manager, she simply ignored my request. There seemed to be 4 employees behind the counter, but I could only see two of them doing any work during my time at the counter (the other two, including one more dressed and possibly the manager, seemed primarily to be wandering around, but not doing any visible work. At one point the employee I assume was preparing the food was not wearing gloves. The lady at the register was taking the orders, then packaging the food. There was no sense of urgency, and really no sense of "serving" the customer. The food was okay, but I would have no reason when traveling that way again, to stop at that particular store!
