Please IMPROVE the service it is not working ---- My java script and cookie is enable.
The Problem is-----
When I am opening the site {bbservice.bsn.in} it is going to another site as {data.bsnl.in}. Why? Help me from this problem...

I login to brandband usage details and bill, but unable to get the details due to regular maintanence activity, How I will get that details for the last month and current month?

whenever i connected the internet after 5-10 mins the DSL lamp atomatically starts blinking by mean the internet doen not work. plz solve this problem

Our telephone connection has been non functional for nearly two months. We filed several complaints with the [protected] complaint recorder IVR service of BSNL and got docket numbers for the registered complaints. There was no redressal.
My husband went and met the SDO telephones in sector 37. The SDO made a phon callto the JE in the telephone office in section 33 under which our phone connection falls and the phone connection was repaired within two hours. It worked for a week and has been dead again since then.
We recorded another witten complaint on Aug 9th with the tele office in sector 33 and the IVR and got a docket number 271863.
Today I tried to record the complaint again as the phone is still dead. the computer voice repeated the same doceket number of the complaint and said that the complaint was already in the system.
The complaints gets recorded but no one commes to rectify it. I suspect that the line staff does it purposel to extract baksheesh from us which we refuse to pay.
Can some one help? or should we just get this BSNL connection disconnected as another sarkari thing that can never work unless one pays bribe.
I am sick of paying the BSNL bills without having made a single call as the know connection does not work.

i m not able to easily log in to bbservice.in
access to net is not easy.
most of the time it takes time to find server
processing is really slow.
the scheme i had taken is 500c...
is net always free and only downloading charges?
the facility to see the amount of used GB is not possible
the showdown is not clear about how many GB had i used and how many remaining?

The Bsnl Landline ( 079-[protected] & 079-[protected]) at my office is not working. the modem used is ADSL CPE, SmartAX MT882. I have lodged a written complaint at your bsnl office vatwa, ahmedabad. But nobody has cared to come and attend to the same.

in the place of Portal Id and Passwd

This is to bring in your notice that as per one of your schemes, the subscriber is supposed to get the tariff over the calls if he has a balance of Rs. 2000.
But recently this scheme of yours is no more in being but those who have invested in this lost money in this scheme.
I therefore, kindly request you to please resume that scheme of yours once more until that balance of comes down.

I changed my portal id after logging into your bbservice.in.
It was successfully changed.
I used capital letters in the new portal id
But while re-logging into your site, I found that the capital letters are becoming small letters automatically and unable to login.

Please help because I am unable to view my usage.

this complaint covers two aspects.
1 : while purchasing the new broadband connection, we, the customers do not get sufficient information about the 1: SPEED.
2: THE MONTHLY PLAN PROPERLY.
