i could not open my account page to check my usage.

i m unable to open bbservice.bsnl.in to check my account usage from three days.my ph number is [protected]

My Ph. No. (020)[protected]. I have BSNL Broadband Plan HOME 250 since Jan. 2008. I am having repeated problem in connecting your site www.bsnlservice.in to know my usage. My nearest Model Colony Exchange is totally unhelpful to guide me. Moreover, I was overcharged twice in last 8 months for Broadband charges although I had paid full one year's charges in Jan. 2008 while booking itself. I had to visit a dozen times to the Exchange & beg the concerned Officers to corect my bills.
I am totally dissatisfied with BSNL's service. The employees appear not interested in their customers. I hope someone higher up will correct this state of affairs.

my bsnl phone line dead since 10 days still they don't repair and bsnl service very poor we are not satisfaction having this bsnl landline connection.kandramanickam exchange always closed super service.when we are paying we expert service also

i know our service is best but due to some technical and due to lo manpower we cant give u best service as well as some services
but i will help u any time

Since induction of broadband service in my chamber, bills are never send in time. Usually bills are send whenever I asked for. Every bill always processed with wrong entries without entering the scheme of broadband and thereupon I have to run up to BSNL office many times. Whenever I tried to approach A.O. (T.R.) or other concern persons to get my bills for rectification, generally found all of them are out of chair. This practice of your officials, is where at one side creating harrasment to the consumers, on other hand creating occasions to leave the services of BSNL. Providing false bills of huge amount may create criminal and civil offence and upshotly your office have to go deep loss at any moment. As I felt that these are amongs other reason, which are invalidating the credit of BSNL and lowering down its credit day to day.
Aggrieving with said attitute I have also decided to leave the net services of BSNL amongs large number of consumers who have earlier break the relations with such institution appearing like a fifth wheel.

my phone is not working from two days

our broadband not work properly, frequently disconnected.

when I make "ON" my broadband a message is given on the task bar " local Area connection has limited or no connectivity.unable to accuire IP Address"
Pls.take inquire & set my IP Address .

I cannot check the broad band usage. I lodged the complaint to ur customer care, advised to come through databsnl.in, but it is not responding.
plz help at the earliest.

I purchased a sms power voucheron 03/10/2008, but the voucher could not be activated, Iinformed ur customer care cntr five times yet nothing has been done.
therefore, address the problem, so that the offer can be availed off, else arrange to refund the money.
