So, I ordered from Kmtot (kmtot.com) and it's been a bit of a mess. I asked to cancel my order after 4 days, but haven't heard back from them. And now, they won't let me cancel or even give me tracking information. It's really frustrating and feels like a total sham. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

This Kmtot pet bed is not worth the money at all. I mean, seriously, I could have gotten a better deal at a discount store for just ten bucks.
