Bullhorn ATS Login/support

I am a partner at Edge Legal Recruitment. We use your ATS/CRM system.

We have engaged a virtual exec assistant. I was unsure if she would also be able to login to my account (she is in Calgary, I am in Vancouver) data entry purposes. I tried calling you to ask, but after being on hold for 45 minutes (for which I am paying her), I decided we'd just try. I was then locked out of my account.

I have now been on hold for for 1h 7 mins and counting. I am listening to the same piece of classical music, interspersed every minute or so with

'You can access chat through bullhorn help', and 'introducing the bullhorn community' every minute or so, it's like actual torture. Then I am told 'thank you for your patience, you may access chat through bullhorn help'. None of these options are available if I can't login. TI can assure you my patience ran out a long time mago.

his is wasting valuable time for me when I should be on the phone headhunting, Friday being the best day of the week for this.

Why do you not offer a call back service? It would not be hard to setup, to avoid wasting your clients' time like this.

Why can't I email you on this urgent issue?

Why have I been on hold for such a totally unacceptable period of time?

Separately... look at my ticket number Ticket [protected] submitted IN JUNE. Thus is still not resolved.

This is absolutely appalling.

Claimed loss: Many emails not logging for 6 months+, my time today... you tell me. Several months free and fix the problem would be a good start.

Desired outcome: See above. Contact me and fix this!!!

Bullhorn I used Bullhorn and was trying to schedule new employees for training

I used Bullhorn and was trying to schedule new employees for training. I tried to contact my salesman ***, but he didn't reply. After a while, he finally responded and said he missed my email. He told me I should have gotten an email from customer service, but I didn't. I asked for a contact so I could talk to a customer service rep, but he said no. I told him I would complain because we pay over $300 per month for their service.
