I am BSNL prepaid customer since 5 years.
Recently I have got my SIM changed as it was not working in my new Sony Erricson instrument. Then it was activated in two days. I hardly used it for 1 or 2 days then again it became inactive. First they stopped outgoing and then they stopped incoming too and it shows inactive SIM.
I say if there is any fault from customer side they should first intimate him and then they should take any action.
My balance is also about Rs. 1939 and validity is till May 2008.
I tried to call Customer Care by my another BSNL Mobile but hardly it works and sometime I hear cassette that "It is out of coverage" or "It is switched off" and if at all it is connected after waiting for 4-5 minutes when a person attends the call, in a second or a two it gets disconnected.
Please help me in this regard to restart my number.

I have been waiting for one week after my last blog to continue my quest of acquiring a BSNL broadband...
I taken land line connection for BSNL broadband service one month back in C V Ramannagar (Kaggadaspura), Bangalore. While taking that connection, customer executive told, it will take around 1 month for broadband, but when i called after 4 week they were telling it will take around 1 year because we are not getting infrastructure fund from government, then I told why u told lie in beginning? She told our senior executive told to tell like this and if someone will return/transfer BSNL equipment then only we can provide the services. My neighbor who applied for broadband connection in May months itself, still she is waiting for services :-) :-). Why BSNL is playing with public sentiment? Tell the truth boss... so that we can go for another service... they are not the only service provider. They are simply waisting our time and loosing our faith.

It's a pity that not even a single ISP in the world(as far as I know) provides a method to stop Porn viewing. Porn is a real threat to the society. According to a recent scientific report, porn viewing can cause permanent psychological changes in the mind of Humans & can develop social phobia in him & it builds up various other problems which later on becomes the cause of suicide. Porn viewing has become very common now a days. In a country like India, this should not be allowed. So, I kindly request BSNL to develop methods to stop porn viewing in india- at least for the sake of humanity.

I am BSNL prepaid (Excel General ) customer in Bangalore.(Karnataka) Recently in month of March 2007 I recharged my Prepaid Number using recharge - voucher of value greater than Rs 2200. /- along which I got an extra

My parents used this extra SIM card in Dakshina Kannada District (Karanataka) and they tried to recharge the same mobile number with recharge voucher number Sr.No. [protected] with the valid procedure.within grace period But the BSNL server replied " This recharge Voucher has been Blocked " .
Then my Parents lodged complaint about it in nearest - Puttur BSNL-CC.
On 1'st may 2007 There at Puttur BSNL Customer Care Person replied " It is blocked in Bangalore BSNL CC. we can not help . Better you enquire at Bangalore CC" .
Hence I took the same SIM card and Complaint sheet ,and voucher to Bangalore and started enquiring about case with Bangalore Customer support peoples.. in first week of june 2007..
Surprisingly Customer care peoples at Indiranagar BSNL CC shouted on me and they said " We can not help if u come after so many days " a nd they told me to call customer support number .[protected] . Hence I called [protected] and tried to get help. But even then customer support person said " You can visit nearest Bsnl Office and can get replacement Voucher"
Hence again i went BSNL office which is on Palace Road Bangalore to collect new replacement voucher for Recharge Voucher Sr.No [protected] on 10th Sept 2007
But unfortunately I got a following response from one of office person
" This is government office You might have come earlier . We can not help."
Note : After all those misleading guidelines by BSNL officials I realized not to visit BSNL office again. Because I experienced that whom ever I meet in BSNL office ,He doesn't know the proper solution for the problem with me.and they were slipping from helping me.So I realized
By now I realized that BSNL never hesitates in looting money from Subscribers.by telling " its too late to enquire about this case"

Ultimately I lost more than 5000 Rupees to Just get a Replacement Voucher..!!
More over I lost the sim Card too because of Not recharging it again after voucher get blocked. Ultimately now i lost faith too...

I live in kerala, thrissur. Well its been 7 months since i applied for a broadband connection. When i applied they asked for 2 months time and now its been 7 months and not a glint of hope. But the best part is that in our area its just our locality (valapad) thats been denied connection and as far as i know we have demanded the max no. of connections under our head office. When i ask them about my connection they say that the order and the equipments have not come. Well its been 7 months and they are supposed to give it in 1 month!

I am a customer of BSNL for more than a year. I was staying at rajaji nagar and using bsnl #[protected] and also i was using dataone broad band connection 500 + rendal modem. It was ok till the time i was in rajaji nagar. Then i shifted my home from rajaji nagar to JP nagar 8th phase (jumbo savari dinne).
I submitted the shifting form and Work order #[protected] was issued on july end. Now its more than a month i am suffering for land connection as well as internet connection. I really don't know, how the people in BSNL are responding to the customer and the service. I still believe on the government running company.
If the higher authority takes the necessary action on this matter, it would be nice.
I gave application to keep my telephone in safe custody. In the application form as contact no i gave another phone number. The put the contact no phone as safe custody. I contacted the office several times. they are not correcting. I lost my money and connection to the contact no also.
The phone and broadband is in my dad's name, I. A.Poonacha. We had booked for the shift on June 25th 2007, its been almost two months and we have not got the connection yet.
