I am BSNL prepaid customer since 5 years.

Recently I have got my SIM changed as it was not working in my new Sony Erricson instrument. Then it was activated in two days. I hardly used it for 1 or 2 days then again it became inactive. First they stopped outgoing and then they stopped incoming too and it shows inactive SIM.

I say if there is any fault from customer side they should first intimate him and then they should take any action.

My balance is also about Rs. 1939 and validity is till May 2008.

I tried to call Customer Care by my another BSNL Mobile but hardly it works and sometime I hear cassette that "It is out of coverage" or "It is switched off" and if at all it is connected after waiting for 4-5 minutes when a person attends the call, in a second or a two it gets disconnected.

Please help me in this regard to restart my number.

Unavailability of modems

I have applied for bsnl broadband connection under the name mr. Atul kumar gupta, 2a / 75 azad nagar, kanpur - 208002 in the month of september and have no got it done till now due to theunavailability of madems. So i request the addressed official to do as needed as it is really a ba mark on the name of the company and cause of customer`s dissatisfaction.

    last month we took a airtel broadband conection, number was 4382608, but after some time we knew that this number is already alloted to another persone. Then we complaint in airtel costemer care and we got a another number, number was 4372608 but this number is still dead. After that we complaint again in your costemer care but there is no reply, nobody is taking it seriously, and from last one and half month our company is facing many problems. so plz advice what should we do. And please take some action urgently.

    company consider my application for Broadband Service Dt.06/07/2008.company technician come & prosid for this.but steel today our broadband services is not activated by BSNL.Please look in to the matter urgently &do need full.

    We have bsnl broadband connection in our rice mills at sidhwan bet road, jagraon - 142026 (Distt. Ludhiana) pb. On our telephone no. 01624228652, its not working from last two months, go to bsnl ofiice again and again, also compaints on telephone but their is no response. Just tell us who is responsible for our business loss due to not working of internet

Disturbance

I am using BSNL Telephone line from a long time. but i am facing a problem with my telephone line from past 1 month. I have complaint so many times but no use. there is very disturbance in the telephone line. i m unable to listen anything while talking on phone. my landline no is +[protected].

    Baner Telephone Exchange is not giving proper service .

    My Telephone number 27290703 ...was facing disturbance since last 2 months . On 8th July 2011 I made complaint No.000914 .
    Now my telephone is completely dead since past 3 weeks . I made complaint No 1442 ...but no action .

    Yesterday I have made another complaint No.1692 ...my previous complaints No's 914 and 1442... they seem to have closed without attending to the problem ...This is not good style of functioning .

    Previously also phone was dead for 4 months (last year) and again for 2 months (this year) ...but no action is taken by Baner Telephone exchange ...unless I make complaint to higher authorities .

    Request to kindly improve the working of the exchange (if possible), , and at least get the phone line started .
    Last time it was entrusted by to private agency ...which got the phone working in 2 hours ...which was dead from 4 months.
    Request if they may again appoint private agency ...because the Baner Telephone exchange is not at all responding .

I taken land line connection for BSNL broadband service one month back in C V Ramannagar (Kaggadaspura), Bangalore. While taking that connection, customer executive told, it will take around 1 month for broadband, but when i called after 4 week they were telling it will take around 1 year because we are not getting infrastructure fund from government, then I told why u told lie in beginning? She told our senior executive told to tell like this and if someone will return/transfer BSNL equipment then only we can provide the services. My neighbor who applied for broadband connection in May months itself, still she is waiting for services :-) :-). Why BSNL is playing with public sentiment? Tell the truth boss... so that we can go for another service... they are not the only service provider. They are simply waisting our time and loosing our faith.

Easy access to porns

It's a pity that not even a single ISP in the world(as far as I know) provides a method to stop Porn viewing. Porn is a real threat to the society. According to a recent scientific report, porn viewing can cause permanent psychological changes in the mind of Humans & can develop social phobia in him & it builds up various other problems which later on becomes the cause of suicide. Porn viewing has become very common now a days. In a country like India, this should not be allowed. So, I kindly request BSNL to develop methods to stop porn viewing in india- at least for the sake of humanity.

I lost my faith in BSNL

A copy of email I sent to BSNL - Bangalore:

I am BSNL prepaid (Excel General ) customer in Bangalore.(Karnataka) Recently in month of March 2007 I recharged my Prepaid Number using recharge - voucher of value greater than Rs 2200. /- along which I got an extra
FREE SIM card ( Mobile.No:
SIM Card number :[protected]-9305 ) as per offer..

My parents used this extra SIM card in Dakshina Kannada District (Karanataka) and they tried to recharge the same mobile number with recharge voucher number Sr.No. [protected] with the valid procedure.within grace period But the BSNL server replied " This recharge Voucher has been Blocked " .

Then my Parents lodged complaint about it in nearest - Puttur BSNL-CC.

On 1'st may 2007 There at Puttur BSNL Customer Care Person replied " It is blocked in Bangalore BSNL CC. we can not help . Better you enquire at Bangalore CC" .

Hence I took the same SIM card and Complaint sheet ,and voucher to Bangalore and started enquiring about case with Bangalore Customer support peoples.. in first week of june 2007..

Surprisingly Customer care peoples at Indiranagar BSNL CC shouted on me and they said " We can not help if u come after so many days " a nd they told me to call customer support number .[protected] . Hence I called [protected] and tried to get help. But even then customer support person said " You can visit nearest Bsnl Office and can get replacement Voucher"
Hence again i went BSNL office which is on Palace Road Bangalore to collect new replacement voucher for Recharge Voucher Sr.No [protected] on 10th Sept 2007


But unfortunately I got a following response from one of office person
" This is government office You might have come earlier . We can not help."

Note : After all those misleading guidelines by BSNL officials I realized not to visit BSNL office again. Because I experienced that whom ever I meet in BSNL office ,He doesn't know the proper solution for the problem with me.and they were slipping from helping me.So I realized

By now I realized that BSNL never hesitates in looting money from Subscribers.by telling " its too late to enquire about this case"

Now i am asking one question ...

This is what for the Government offices are for ?
Ultimately I lost more than 5000 Rupees to Just get a Replacement Voucher..!!

More over I lost the sim Card too because of Not recharging it again after voucher get blocked. Ultimately now i lost faith too...

    Actually i have not been using that phone from past few months as i am not staying in the village, i have requested for the cancellation of the connection two months before itself in the Doddaballapur branch, then they agreed to cancell but till now it has not been cancelled. i asked them why so, now they are telling to go to main office located at Mysore Bank circle, bangalore. and they are not responding properly

Telephone problem!

My Telephone no. [protected] is problematic (high noise) from last 2 months and every week I do book...

Unlimited delay!

I live in kerala, thrissur. Well its been 7 months since i applied for a broadband connection. When i applied they asked for 2 months time and now its been 7 months and not a glint of hope. But the best part is that in our area its just our locality (valapad) thats been denied connection and as far as i know we have demanded the max no. of connections under our head office. When i ask them about my connection they say that the order and the equipments have not come. Well its been 7 months and they are supposed to give it in 1 month!

    I live in tamilnadu,kanyakumari dist,allumoodu,kollencode(nambaly ) i applied for a broadband connection.When i applied they asked for ten days time,that time my sniority was eighteen but now its eight.some persons canceled and take some other connections.When i ask them about my connection they say the equipments have not come,three days before they say the equipments is avilablein nagercoil,but when it come here we dont know.I just hope to get it at least a few days

    Recently I got a Rs.2787 false bill from BSNL.

    I can say BSNL is a worst company in India.

    Actually I have opted for Rs.500 BroadBand plan but I get around Rs.670 bill.

    When I contacted they explain something like service tax etc.

    And also I have paid some Rs.300 extra which is not under my bill I have brought my own phone still they deduct my money.

    I really shocked when I see SMS regarding Rs.2787 fake bill.

    When I contact customer care they don't have explaination for my questions they simply say "We don't know anything we are forwarding your case to account department".

    Have you ever visited BSNL office, they are very lazy, a private data entry operator can work 10 times faster than what this lazy BSNL employees can work.

    They actually don't know how to talk with customers.

    BSNL may be India's largest telecom company but I believe its also the largest worst company in India.

    Unfortunately our government is responsible for this kind of companies. Unlike coutries like US where customer have power to speak, to file a case easily against the company we are lacking behind, that is the reason we are behind. We are still developing.

    we have huge manpower but we don't have attitude.

    My Phone is dead since 28th of Jan 2008 no one even come to see the cause. I made 34 complaints. Its very shameful act on the part of BSNL. BSNL new full form should be (Bhagwan Se Na Lage).

Poor service!

I am a customer of BSNL for more than a year. I was staying at rajaji nagar and using bsnl #[protected] and also i was using dataone broad band connection 500 + rendal modem. It was ok till the time i was in rajaji nagar. Then i shifted my home from rajaji nagar to JP nagar 8th phase (jumbo savari dinne).

I submitted the shifting form and Work order #[protected] was issued on july end. Now its more than a month i am suffering for land connection as well as internet connection. I really don't know, how the people in BSNL are responding to the customer and the service. I still believe on the government running company.

If the higher authority takes the necessary action on this matter, it would be nice.

Poor service!

I gave application to keep my telephone in safe custody. In the application form as contact no i gave another phone number. The put the contact no phone as safe custody. I contacted the office several times. they are not correcting. I lost my money and connection to the contact no also.

    My relative is having BSNL Land NUMBER. Now on 16.10.2008 he has expired due to heart attack. We have come to know that the accidental insurance scheme is applicbale for land line owner of Rs.50, 000.00.

    Please let me know that weather DEATH DUE TO HEART ATTACH will come under this scheme or not.?

    If eligibel, plesase let us know the procedure in details for further action.

Phone/Broadband shift problem

The phone and broadband is in my dad's name, I. A.Poonacha. We had booked for the shift on June 25th 2007, its been almost two months and we have not got the connection yet. Repeated visits to the BSNL office was in vain. Initially we were told there are some cable faults that need to be rectified and the later we were told that we will get in 2 days. But its been almost 2 months no solution yet.

    I was wanted a broadband connection and submited all the essential
    information and money.FROM 3 weaks no body come for connection.
    We inform SDO and JTO. But no action taken by them.we also call TDM but no body pick up the phone.Evry essential thinks are present in office but connection is delaying. I got modem also. please take any action or give me some suggestion.(gharghoda Raigadh C.G)
